Espectacular comunidad con muchas areas verdes, excelente atencion desde las personas que hacen las limpiezas hasta las chicas de la oficina de atencion al cliente, un gym para ir cuando uno tenga disponibilidad, piscina en lugares estrategicos y de tamanos diferentes segun uno quiera disfrutar el dia, caminerias super limpias, la unidad super equitativa con respecto al espacio, vecinos agradables, no bullas a los alrededores siempre se descansa a cualquier hora.

Excelente, acorde a lo que necesito para estar tranquilo y cómodo Gracias a todos los beneficios que brinda la comunidad, tanto como el equipo administrativo como el de mantenimiento muy bien hecho su trabajo

Community is great, but the parking situation is not ideal. Too many cars not registered or residents parking in area for residents. Also, too many cars parking in the street or residents from other apartments near by parking in our area and using amenities (pool). Gates were working and then both gates (87 and 97 ave) are broken because someone drove thru them and they still have not been fixed after one month. Perhaps they should put bars or tire spikes because people coming into the community have entered the wrong way to avoid waiting at the gate.

Ha sido complaciente y efectiva. El mantenimiento excepcional. Lo único es la seguridad en cuanto a los portones y el sistema de apertura que no ha sido efectivo 100%. Las áreas comunes y el resto de los servicios muy muy buenis

Mostly good, biggest issue has been some of my neighbors, very noisy, dirty. My current upstairs neighbor cleans his balcony by throwing buckets of water and it all runs down into my balcony. He leaves his dog there so sometimes it urinates as well and it drips down on my porch.
