My experience at Cortland has been great, so far! I feel at home, it is a safe and quiet community. My apartment is nice and I am really enjoying living there. I look forward to continuing to be a part of the community.

Overall, my experience at the community has been good. Even though the apartment was not perfect when I moved in, the maintenance team has responded quickly and in a very professional manner. They addressed the issues efficiently, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of as a resident.

Excellent service from Alexandra Llamas As a resident at Cortland Hammocks, I want to thank Alexandra Llamas for her incredible attention and dedication. She has always treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism, and every time I’ve needed assistance, she’s been there to listen and provide quick, effective solutions. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure we have a great living experience. People like Alexandra truly make a difference and make this place feel like home. Thank you for everything you do, Alexandra!

I’ve posted very in depth responses in my survey, feel free to read it. It explains my experience as well as my reasons for rating this facility so poorly. Again, I highly doubt your management cares or you take it serious as this is not the first time I am sending your establishments this information.

Great and quiet place to live!!!! Friendly and experienced office staff!!!! Amazing and helpful maintenance staff!!! Well appointed apartments all newly renovated!!!!! The grounds are kept immaculate! Highly recommend!

I have chosen a great apartment complex I do enjoy the service given and I enjoy the resident events. So far my experience is great and I have to give it too Paul and alex from the office. They are amazing.

I’m very happy with my apartment at Cortland at the Hammocks! Special thanks to Paul and Alejandra, who went above and beyond to secure me a reserved parking spot right near my apartment. The entire complex is clean and well-maintained, and I’m thrilled that the gym is now open 24 hours. Overall, a fantastic living experience!
