I like the valet feature, the cleanliness of the community. It's pretty quiet area as well and staff are courteous and helpful. Maintenance is done fast and the app is great feature to request maintenance. Overall, it's a nice complex and the apartments are nice and spacious.

Outstanding service from Yolanda. She got us approved and moved in within 48 hours. Very professional and helpful. The apartment is beautiful and freshly painted and clean. Parking is plentiful. Great security

We have been living here for 5 years. It's a well maintained residential complex. The administration staff is very attentive and willing to help the residents. The maintenance staff is very friendly and responds quickly when needed. Living at The Stratford Apts is highly recommended.

I love living at Stratfords because of the safe, clean, and professional staff that helps us when needed. I highly recommend this community because of its location and wonderful property. I will be renewing my contract soon.

Excellent property. Location is the best. Very clean and well maintain property. Parking assignment is a concern and lack of elevator is some how disappointing. Maybe work something with cable and Internet service companies to offer an incentive to tenants.

The Apartment are decent and it is a great neighborhood.There is more access to get to places as the Expressway is half a mile away.I give them between a 3 and 4 for being a Pet Community. I have made friends here which is easy to do and will be lifelong for the most part.

My experience with Stratford has been a smooth & amazing one. I was referred by a friend who's been living here for quite some time and told me exactly what to except and they didn't under deliver. I'm pleased with my new home and community.
