The Stratford Apartments is an excellent Community in Kendall, Florida. The customer service from Katia Cantu was exceptional. We have found our dream home. I'm so grateful that God led us here, amazing community.

Was not good only at the final of the tour because I expected a different treatment when the leasing agent was talking about the budget to obtain the rent. Always you don't have to minimize the person or touch this theme especially when you have the first contact with the client according with the sales.Maybe when you captured or started the process to fill the forms it's necessary talking about this theme not when the clients are looking the building.

The neighborhood around the apartment boasts numerous restaurants, shopping malls, schools, parks, and a lively atmosphere. The condo complex is secure, pet-friendly, clean, and peaceful, with an array of amenities.

It's been good I've met many friendly people all around the staff is so reliable they are always their when you need them and the pool is so clean and I never see anything wrong and out of order and it's so safe the security guards are always ready
