Moving into an apartment was my last of choices, but to find The Park by randomly riding down 137ave & see banners waving for vacancies. I been at this complex for 1 year, and found my stay pleasant. Pricing is kind of steep, but wanted something decent & close to kids schools. The staff are very friendly and helpful to my concerns.

Very quickly attend to work orders. They left everything cleaned and taken care of. Very helpful to not have to worry about things like that. Maintenance team is amazing. Property is also very well kept

My feedback in general is excellent They community is take care satisfaction .Maintenance personal They have good manners same office staff.Any problem in the apartment they fixed fast and answers any phone on time
