I love this community. Very safe. clean well taken care of. Professional staff. Amazing neighborhood. Great amenities. Friendly. very homy. I enjoy their holiday celebrations. Pool is awesome. overall a great place to live

My experience is that I am annoyed I cannot submit this survey without writing something that is minimum of 200 words. The place is nice, clean, and I am enjoying living there. I do not have 200 words worth to say.

So far so good! Everyone is very nice and helpful. The otter residents are respectful for the most part. It is a quiet neighborhood. The only thing I don't like is the visitor parking situation. The spaces are very limited. I believe it is about 20 spots or so for the entire community. The holidays must be a nightmare.

Clean community , attentive maintenance team. Building are always kept up . No issues with resident and visitor entrance . Has a nice gym . Leasing team returns phone calls and are attentive to resident needs . They are always busy taking care of residents and showing the ants in a very professional manner .
