Great attention!! Fast and efficient. The team was very effective and take care of our issue. The Dryer stop working and he came right away and checked out what the problem was. Immediately called his supervisor and no less than 1 day we had a new dryer

We have lived at Altis Kendal Square for more than three years and have loved every minute. All the staff friendly and professional. I want to extend a warm thank you to Andrea in the office and Alberto Perez in maintenance, thank you for all your help when we needed it, and always with wonderful attitude. We will miss everyone. The experience is really amazing and the place is so clean and quiet I like it so much, the maintenance service is amazing they really take care of anything that needs to make the person comfortable and satisfied

The complex is well maintained. All staff is well trained and equipped to handle all aspects of the operation. The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the operations including the maintenance of all appliances including the garbage disposal system. I love the valet service for trash. It works out fantastic for me. No more hauling to the complex dumpster. The grounds are beautifully maintained

I’m very disappointed with the service experience. I received an email stating the service had been completed, yet no one ever contacted me to schedule an appointment. I ended up calling the leasing office myself to follow up, and they informed me that the service was supposedly scheduled for 8/6. However, no one ever called to confirm the appointment, and no one showed up on the day of. This lack of communication and follow-through is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Honestly I drove all the way from Wellington WPB are 5 1/2 months pregnant bc phones weren’t working and Melissa helped me and I asked for a tour and all I can say there was no apartment for viewing but she managed to find an empty one for me and gave me a tour of the whole complex I am so grateful for her patience , kindness, and help for everything. She made leasing process extremely easy and idk how to thank her but I thank her for everything ??

--------------- is SNARKY, A BULLY, and just unprofessional and disrespectful. He was peeping through my window when I lived here over moderate music being played at 11 AM when my neighbor even confirmed the music was not loud she couldn’t even hear it. Iguana poop everywhere, pool is disgusting and dirty, leasing agents and property manager don’t care to fix anything and just give an attitude for everything. --------------- is a JOKE!

Kendall Square is an excellent living experience. It is well maintained, clean, the staff is very attentive and proactive. An all-around attractive neighborhood with tons of amenities in a park-like setting.
