Living in Kendall Square has truly been an incredible experience for me and my family. For the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of calling this community home, coming and going over the years, but always finding a sense of belonging. The amenities here are always top-notch?beautifully maintained and welcoming, they add so much to daily life. Whether it's a quick visit to a local shop, enjoying a peaceful walk, or catching up with neighbors, there's a sense of connection that's hard to find elsewhere. Over the years, I've made lasting friendships with people I now consider part of my extended family. And perhaps what stands out most is the incredible support I've received from the staff. No matter what I might need, whether it's help with a simple request or something more urgent, I know I can always count on them to be there with a solution and a smile. All in all, Kendall Square has been more than just a place to live?it's become a place I love, where I feel rooted, supported, and part of something bigger.

When I first arrived, my experience was very pleasant. The area was beautiful, well-organized, and everything was kept clean and tidy. It truly felt like a wonderful place to call home. However, I have noticed that lately, things have changed. The overall maintenance and organization do not seem to be as consistent as they once were, which has impacted my experience.

First and foremost, I want to give you guys kudos for how prompt your maintenance team (Alberto Perez) dealt with my requests. Super fast! I understand that there are something like the algae at the exterior of the windows which will require pressure cleaning and must be performed on a scheduled cycle basis, therefore, even though this issue still pending, as I mentioned before, I understand. All other issues were addressed promptly, and Alberto went above and beyond to make sure the issues were addressed in a satisfactory way, which it was. Thank you and keep up the good work. First let me start by saying the Location was perfect for what I was looking for. The Staff is very friendly, and the maintenance crew are very professional and on time with every request, which aren't many by the way. The development is well kept, and the amenities fit my lifestyle. The Pool and Club house offer a variety of things to do. and the 24 hours security is an added plus.
