The worst management I have ever dealt with. We are young professionals working from home, so when our neighbors on top started flooring construction accompanied by the most robust noise you can imagine (we could not hear each other being in one room). We couldn't do work meetings and calls, but still, we were patient because we got the email that this impossible noise would last only a week. However, the next week they started again and once again promised to finish by Saturday. When I called and asked to stop the construction for a few hours (a day in advance) because I had an extremely important work conference call, they refused. So for the second week, we live with the horrible noise that drives us crazy; we do not have any influence over this noise even when we have a legit reason. They are pleased to collect fines for a minor violation like a dumbbell put on the wrong place in the gym, but when it comes to the conveniences of their residents, they can't care less. I would not recommend this building to anyone; it feels like management does everything to make a living here full of problems. Note: the staff in the building are excellent.

I love the building and the location. Alot of turnover in regard to front desk/security staff. there has been at least two different security companies since I have been at Cite. It appears that the main building benefits the most from the valet. Not once have they opened the door for me while picking up packages. Maintenance is rude to say the least. Don't even ask to borrow a ladder etc.

The place has everything to be great, however, I am Extremely chocked with management. They treat residents as if they were enemies. Never have the time, rude, attitude is a must from the management. They impose rules (witch I believe are good, in many ways) but the elevator is never working, the maintenance are always under pressure, the front door staff looks miserable, and when u finally need the management for something.... you understand, they are never available to help, unless there is a need to write a check needed... in this case the response is fast. The manager, Sharon is ride and non sense, always tries to prove a point and sound superior, arrogant. If you look at the reviews, you will see is not only my opinion! Sad because this place has everything to be very nice! The valet staff are amazing!

Folks the place needs a little tlc in the rooms. Some parts look unfinished. Be careful with the Peking also. You will get towed with no reason, sign or explanation. Cost to pick up your car - 400. What a rip off

I lived in Cite for three years and moved out last year... Although this building looks nice from the outside, don't be fooled. There is a reason all of the reviews below are regarding the management. And yes, that is a reason enough not to live here. The arrogance and incompetence of the office is absolutely jaw dropping. Multiple emails to the Manager or Assistants are never replied or acknowledged. Try to meet with the Manager and it's like trying to meet with a CEO. I've never seen a management's office where you have to ask the front desk to call inside the office to see if the receptionist inside can see you in order for them to buzz the door to see the receptionist. Also if you want to see the Property Manager, make sure it's not before 10am because she won't be there. Don't even think about 12-2 because it's lunch break. If you try after 4:30 she's already left. On a separate occasion I tried to install new flooring in my apartment, it was "rejected" more than 5 times. I was even told by the assistant that my application had been approved twice, only to be told afterwards hat they needed "only 1 more thing" not caring that once I even had the installers at the loading dock. The "rejection" was never because I didn't complete the application, but because every time I submitted it, the board/manager thought of something else to request that wasn't in the original paperwork required. (My floor sample wasn't "large" enough, they needed the description of the break down of materials in the padding, the installer's insurance needs to be for a higher amount although none were stipulated, the insurance needs to cover the entire building not just your unit, etc). After 6 months, this was an absolute nightmare. How about a the great deal you're told before you move in that it's "only $100" to rent out the building's Clubhouse next to the lobby? Of course that $100 is a usage fee and doesn't include the additional $60 processing fee, a $60 security guard coverage (although no additional security guard is provided) or a $75 clean-up fee (although you must clean-up the room anyway). Please keep in mind that all of these fees must be given in separate cashier checks, are all non-refundable, and are in addition to the $250 refundable security deposit. Save yourself the trouble and look for other buildings that know how to be transparent and know how to manage a building and the people who live in it with respect and honesty.

we rented in the building for 2 years and were very pleased with the realtor maggie, the old front desk staff and soem of the new, all security and maintenance both old and new but management is self-centered and unprofessional. the building is not child friendly at all! for a year pets got better treatment than the kids of the building but then they cracked down on the pets too. dont be confused the front lobby is not for residents to meet their guests or heck even walk through to get outside. i had 3 issues all involving the management who i agree work behind closed doors- 1. we moved in and had all our depostits sent ahead of us via secured mail to eb there on time but our move in was delayed because they misplaced it apparently in came in after hours and was on security's desk and no one bothered to check there before telling us we had to keep our truck and crew hired on for 6 more hours than planned costing us money whiel they decided now they coudl search aroudn after we told them delivery confirmation was signed by "mejia" 2. my son and i hosted a weekly play date and wanted to meet the kids in the lobby and all walk up together to our apartment apparently the management behind their closed doors heard us for those 5 min in the lobby 1 day a wekk and had a fit and told us everyone woudl need to bring their kids up to the apartment individually- hello! we are residents this is our home this is your place of work! who cares what puts you out for 5 min!!! 3. upon moving out 2 years later management took over 60 days to get us our deposit back when realtor maggie told them they could release it the day we moved out. we had to practically badger them to get over $1500 back- scary perhaps they arent as hoity toity as they make out to be.

Horrible!!!Bad management, working behind locked doors, with a horrible attitude. Even worse HOA board, treat owners and renters like enemies, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You can find a better place for the same price.

I wounder why some wrote bad review about one of the best building in downtown Miami !? Actually the management and the whole staff are very nice and polite and always ready to help and correct any outcome concerns. I live in the building since 2010 and the rude rude behavior from the management it is toward the defaulted owners who don't like to pay their monthly charge so they will lose some services (it is fair if you don't pay you don't get service) and this kind of management is the reason why the building which is a few years old went from almost a bankruptcy to a healthy budget. the Gym was recently renovated and it is fabulous, and the pool and Jacuzzi are perfect and the valet parking are very polite and helpful. The building recently went through a face left and a whole paint work and this is without any extra payments from the condo owners. As for the security, and since our building president is one of Miami police background and his help to instruct the security company on their result that our building has never had any security problem of any kind.

This place looks good from the outside, but don't get it confused the MANAGMENT office is ran by some fat nasty ladies that are on a power trip, And think that they can run the world. Theyre being sued for misconduct and illegal wrong doings to tenants. The staff is a couple of old people that don't even speak English and on top of that theyre very rude and don't do much around the building. This is also supposed to be a dog friendly neighborhood but it's not!! Cite likes to enforce rules like " no one can walk your dog if theyre not the tenants , so basically if your fianc stays over and wants to do you the favor of walking your dog it's a VIOLATION. Cite like to change there security every couple of months because they can't find a steady company that's reliable, so there's currently a bunch of teenagers as security guards, which are clueless!! Don't move here don't even think about it!!!!
