The building is well maintained and so are the units. The common areas are modern and up to date which makes a great impression when you walk in to the building. Management is very attentive and helpful, ready to answer your questions and helping you get settled.

We just moved in but everyone we have come into contact with has been extremely helpful and friendly from the application process, move in day and maintenance staff. There is someone always cleaning and the pool area is kept very well.

The building is very well located with a great Staff and amenities. The pool, rooftop, gym, and common areas are excellent. The staff and concierge are very welcoming. They have their mail system down.

They're a little pricier than some other options in its class but there are certainly more expensive apartments out there too, and the location is great.

Amazing location in the heart of Coral Gables. Our apartment is facing the courtyard so is nice and quiet. I never hear any street noise. I also like the recent renovations they have made to the common areas including the lobby, deck and mezzanine areas. The staff I find very helpful from the property managers to the concierge as well as the maintenance people. I always get a timely response and have all my issues addressed. Only minor complaint is that parking spots are in the small side, but that is probably standard for this area of Miami

They are very helpful always quick to respond. When I first moved into this building, one of the things I appreciated most was the complimentary coffee. It was a small touch, but it made the community feel welcoming and added real value to the amenities. Unfortunately, the coffee machine has now been removed, which has been a disappointing change. I hope management considers bringing it back, as it was one of the perks that made living here stand out.
