My fiancé and I went to a tour of the property and it is everything we hoped for. It has a spectacular view and all the amenities we need. Our tour guide A.G was very helpful and answered all of our questions in a very pleasant manner. Modera Edgewater is the cutting edge of apartments. We can’t wait to make this our future home.

Great young crowd with plenty of amenities. Frequently find myself at the pool and rooftop grill listening to music with friends. Fantastic management staff with attentive maintenance workers. Pet friendly and growing neighborhood!

I recently toured your building while looking for an apartment in Miami. My contact was Agie R. She was a pleasure to work with and the apartments were beautiful as were the amenities. Our plans changed and didn’t come to Miami, but if we ever do, I know where I’ll be living! Thank you

I have lived in Modera Edgewater for over two years and it’s being great. I love the apartment and building amenities. Maintenance is always incredible thanks to Ramon Escoto everything is always fixed and replace very fast!

The modera team is always taking care of residents. Amenities are in good condition. Every time we need mantainance, the team response is fast and always have a solution. If you need any help, ask for Thomas. Always with the best attitude and willingness to help.

I am dying for my lease to end due to the Sahira Matos and her lackadaisical approach to her responsibilities as a community "manager", non-existent attempts at resolution, complete lack of empathy and overall unpleasant attitude. 1) She lied to a police officer that did the report after my car was broken on this property, because being lazy is apparently easier than doing your job. For her being uncooperative, the police had to follow up with me numerous times and told me he cannot help because the woman at the desk told him a conflicting story and then claimed to have no knowledge of the situation when he followed up. 2) She lied to my face about being at the desk when a delivery arrived because she didn't want to be responsible for it also being stolen, and hid in the office for 30 mins ignoring guests lining up. The fact she still has a job after pulling such a stunt is telling of the way this management company staffs their teams. The only follow-up you can hope to receive for any issue is "sorry" after Sahira wasted a week of your time pretending she has authority, then will refer you to someone that actually does their job so she can go back to doing nothing. Dogs constantly pee and poop in building, parking garage is always broken, parking garage floods and they will not respond to surprise rent increases. STAY AWAY, you will regret it.

Very good so far. I really complain about the carpets no the hallways the should be cleaner. No se escribir inglés muy bien. Realmente estoy contento con vivir acá. Solo me preocupa que de una manera u otra las alfombras siempre lucen sucias manchadas más que todo de sucio de los perros o lo que sea. Sé que ustedes las lavan a menudo pero no sé que pasa casi siempre se ven manchadas

I think Sahira is doing a great job, looks like she really cares about the community and she managed correcltly issues reported, hope she continues and more severe rules to people that do not comply with community rules

Love the building not so much the people. To many young people partying, being loud, smoking weed in the rooftop, etc. The management office needs to be more strict with rules. People is comfortable doing whatever they want and in a big community that doesn't work.
