average to good, but Tanja is outstanding at creating community events. Parties and music a problem in early mornings on the pool deck on weekends with no way to "police". Very disturbing to see people sleeping overnight there as well.

I LOVE MODERA BUT I HATE TO DEAL WITH THE PEE AND POOP OF NEIGHBORS'S PETS, THE NEIGHBORS WITH NOT PETS LIKE ME DON'T WANT TO LEAVE OUR HOMES AND FIND A TERRIBLE SMELL OR A DOG POOP RIGHT OUT OF OUR APARTMENTS/ELEVATORS IS ALSO VERY DISAPPOINTING THAT RHE CLEANING LADIES HAVE TO CLEAN PETS MESS JUST BECAUSE OWNERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE

Great apartment in a great location! Excellent management team - this is NOT a party building. Courtyard living is quiet and peaceful love my apartment! Maintenance response very quickly to work orders. Amenities are top notch!
