beautiful located in the middle of miami but without the annoying traffic and loudness. my favorite part is the pool right next to the bay. gym 24/7 is definitely a great addition. love the sense of community

Living at Miami Bay was the best choice I made years ago. The property is beautiful, very well maintained and the staff is the best. Close to everything but quiet at the bay. The apts are spacious and any issue you encounter, the maintenance staff go to repair very quick.

The best place in miami to live , amazing area, the building its on point with services , the pool area it's like always vacation, the neighbors very nice ,and the administration the best !! Thank you !

The amenities are top-notch, and the management team is consistently attentive and responsive to residents' needs. The building itself is beautiful and very well-maintained, with a strong sense of community throughout. One important note: if you're considering moving in, I highly recommend choosing a unit on a higher floor. The lower units, particularly those facing the guard gate, can be quite noisy. While the rent is on the higher side, the quality of living, location, and overall experience make it well worth considering.
