Feels like we live in a resort. The property is beyond clean and the staff is wonderful. I have nothing more to say other than it's been perfect. The view is amazing! Apartment is nice. Michelle in the leasing office is top notch service

Nice area. Convenient to Midtown, Design District, Edgewater & South Beach. However, caliber of residents has significantly decreased over the years. Updates to apartments have been slow. Amenities are nice. Being adjacent to Biscayne Bay is plus.

The amenities are beautiful and maintained to perfection. The apartment is newly updated and the maintenance staff is quick and efficient for any issues. The leasing office team is great and always available when needed.
