My name is DION I've been living at MiamiBay for a very long time now in this is by far the best place I ever lived at they always on top of things before you even have to tell them I could never see myself leaving I love it here they treat you like family here and I love how the way they keep up with the maintenance in the building and as well around the building it's like waking up in paradise and I'm not saying all of this because it's a nice building I like the fact how they is very understanding I like the fact that they have your best interest I love the fact that when I move into the building I met the owner and I asked him like the weight and there are a little light to me Could you put some heavy dumbbells and the gym and he did it immediately if that's not caring I don't know what to call because before I move at this place, I was working out extremely a lot and when I got to the building I'm like I like the gym. The gym is extremely beautiful but the dumbbells it's not that heavy and again, as soon as I told him that he admittedly made changes and I got into the best shape of my life it's the littlest things that makes a big difference, especially when someone cares most people like where they live I love where I live because it made a difference in my life it brought me peace and it brought me happiness looking at the water every day can give you a peace, of mine without you even realizing it. it made me grow as a person mentally, and physically what I'm basically trying to say is, there's no place like MiamiBay

Perfect place to live everything is clean and spotless the staff os very friendly and responsive i am quite satisfied in every aspect the security staff and office staff is very helpful business center is above average

It has been a true pleasure to be part of this community. Our property manager Michele has done outstandingly, taking care of every request with a smile, professionalism, and in a timely manner. The community looks clean and happy and it's a creative and safe environment for our children. I am so happy I've joined Miami Bay waterfront residences.

Pro: Friendly staff and family friendly environment. Good amenities too. Con: Fire alarms run out 3-4 times in the past 3 months (including 2am once). My kids became sensitive. It has to stop! This could be a reason for us to move out

Amazing building! Management is great and amenities are always on point. People from maintenance are very helpful and polite! I will keep renewing my lease and will recommend the building to all my friends!
