Living at Bridges has been a good experience so far! The maintenance staff are great at fixing problems although since Bridges is 10 years old there are a few problems that arise and sometimes they can not cover everything at once. There are more than 200 apartments in this neighborhood and I think there should be more maintenance staff in order to complete the jobs faster since they lack of time to do so! On the other hand, the community is very nice and clean! I love the beach or keys’ vibes that it gives you due to its colors and I love having the pool view all the time! I am very happy living here and I recommend it!

I have been living here since 2018 !! My apartment is very spacious. Love the property and management staff !! I would recommend this apartment property as a safe place to live. Property is conveniently located in Kendall.

Great service. The staff at the leasing office and the maintenance team are awesome. They always willing to help and never give up to help the residents. I strongly recommend this place to be call a home.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The staff are wonderful, the grounds are clean and well kept and it’s very peaceful. The only thing that would keep me from renewing is the increase in rent. With everything rising in price, it’s hard to keep up with bills and high rent prices.
