Es uno de los mejores condominios sentrico tranquilo muy acogedor muy limpio una atención especial por parte de sus trabajadores lo recomiendo 100% lo tienen que pensar mucho para irse porque no veras nada ni parecido

Great, makes you feel really welcome, always making sure everything is ok , always reminding us on the policy’s to make sure everyone is following it the parking spaces is amazing, pool is amazing everyone in the complex look happy

Cortland Kings Meadow has been an incredible apartment community to live in. All of the staff is incredibly helpful and so quick/attentive with all of our requests! I highly recommend Kings Meadow to anyone who is looking for a great and affordable place to live in! :)

Cortland Kings Meadow has been the most attentive and friendliest community I’ve ever lived in. I love the added amenities like the pool and gym which is regularly upkept and the staff has always made the residents feel heard. I would recommend Cortland to friends and families looking for a comfortable and beautiful place they can call home.

Cortland Kings Meadow feels like a home. We are so happy with our decision to move here. Our 2:2 apartment is beautiful and all the remodeled appliances make it feel like an elevated experience. The recent increased costs of the Miami rental market caused a lot of difficulties for us Miami residents, however, the overall experience and quality of Cortland Kings Meadow makes the new rental prices justifiable. I highly recommend everyone to check out the community if they're looking for a new rental.
