If I have any kind of issues or concerns they are always willing to help, when it comes to any appliance issues or anything that needs to be fixed the person that stands out the most is Ernesto and when talking about administrative matters Maria Suazo is the one that has always been there to assist us and is one of the reasons we keep on renewing our lease. Cortland makes us feel like we are at home and with the newly renovated gym which is 24 hours is very convenient for us who work late hours. I’m complaining about certain neighbors leaving their dogs out and noises. Smoking also is seems and thrown to the grown. The windows for hurricane season are horrible it needs to be fixed. The dog park needs a new remodel it’s a dirt sty.”
