I really enjoyed living in MPP and would've resigned if I didn't leave Chicago! The apartments are beautiful, with updated kitchens and great features. I really enjoyed the staff at the front desk who were always so helpful. Also the amenities with the pool, work out center, roof top and optional weekend/daily parking was nice. Don't forget to ask for a resident parking pass for the weekend to save a few bucks if you have someone visiting! Thanks MPP for a great place to live! :)

Note that I've also posted my review on Yelp. Given that some of the reviews are dated, and now that I've spent over a month here, I thought I'd share my insights. I like living at Millennium Park Plaza (MPP), and would recommend it. Note that the staff or management may have changed since the previous reviewers' comments, but I have no way of confirming this. Pros The location cannot be beat. Millennium Park and Grant Park are a couple of mins walk away, MagMile is just across the river, and access to public transport (Metra / El / Buses) is great as well. Staff at MPP. Everyone from the property manager, loading dock staff, and maintenance crew has been very responsive and helpful. A minor issue I flagged in my unit was resolved promptly the next day. Gym and indoor pool. I'll say that the gym is between basic and decent, but it has everything I need, so it works for me. I like the indoor pool, too. Internet and Cable. Both are included in the rent. The cable includes mostly standard channels (think TBS, USA, FX ...) but also three HBO channels. Cons - If you have a car and park at MPP, you know where this is going. The garage area is in the lower level and I've occasionally seen some sketchy characters milling around. It's also quite dark near the garage and loading dock area. This is really more a Chicago issue than an MPP one, though. I gave up my car, so I don't have to deal with the lower levels any more. In summary, I think MPP is good value for money. I know that there're newer buildings in the vicinity, but they're also priced higher. MPP may not be for everyone, but it certainly deserves a look. I was initially concerned after reading the negative reviews, but after I visited the building and looked through a few apartments, I knew I wanted to live here.

I lived in Millennium Park Plaza during 6 months, the building is located at side of Millennium Park and in Michigan Avenue, the best avenue of Chicago. I rented a room with 2 bedroom, the apartment was amazing. I never used the Parking, so i can't describe this service. I recommend the building, because is near that all famous places, stores. One day i will return to Chicago, and Millennium Park Plaza is a great option to live.

the staff here are rude and not helpful. i toured here and the girl who toured me didn't even seem like she was interested in finding me an apartment. hello? don't you get paid per rental. anyway, if she was like that to me, then i don't know how she would be to residents. ugh! totally put off by these people. one girl also shouted at her coworker while i was in the office. so unprofessional. at least the doorman was nice.

We have been here for just under a year and are planning to stay. The staff has been accommodating and maintenance is efficient. You can't beat the location for the price. The building is in transition and it seems like the company is slowly making positive changes. We don't hear our neighbors apartment to apartment. We get a call 95% of the time when we have a package. We are hard to please. If we're staying another year, then it must be worth it. I have to say it again to live in this location and have the lifestyle it affords at this price point, you can't beat it.

Don't know why people are so pessimistic below. It is a wonderful building; wonderful and hardworking management office and maintenance personnel. Very attentive to the needs of the tenants. I like the building, the people in my building and the security workers. In sum, great place to live.

I have rented a furnished apartment through MPP for just under a year. I also run a company that houses many employees who lived here for months at a time. The staff is extremely helpful, repairs are made immediately and calls were responded to within one day. My industry houses a lot of people around the country and I would not hesitate a minute to recommend MPP, Megan Purcell was incredibly professional and helpful as were the other members of the leasing and management staff. Most of the front door staff are very helpful the evening staff in particular very helpful. No views on the east side but it was very quiet - I was on the 28th floor though and that might have a bearing. Great views from the gym and the pool! The two downsides - strange lineup of cable and the pool could be a bit warmer but those are very very minor complaints.

My daughter and I live in MPP. We have lived here just under one year. Yes, the location is perfect, but that is not the only reason to live here. The entire staff has treated my daughter and I with kindness and respect. We deal with the doorman and the parking attendants every day. They always make us feel safe and at home. The management office and leasing office is professional and are there to help. Once and a great while you may wait a few minutes for an elevator, but they usually run like clock work. When we needed any maintenance done, it was done quickly and professionally.Origanially we chose MPP for the perfect location, but are happy that we did.

We will be staying to complete school and in reply to taken advantage of- its osunds you left out some things out. Our group was treated well and fair and they run a business- we get it...do you? Leasing and management gave us so much time to get our applications in and if you do that you are set. So step up and be honest... We love it here and wish we could stay on after we graduation..It's been the best
