A nice place to live! I love the South Loop and was happy to find a location that wasn't too congested but also offered local amenities (i.e. Target, grocery, etc.). I hope the new buildings don't impact things too much.

I moved from another state and AMLI 900 has done a great job making me feel at home in a new city. The staff here are great. You can't go wrong living in the AMLI 900. Along with the actual building, the neighborhood has plenty of options to walk around an enjoy.

This building is very nice. The apartments are clean, up to date, and stylish. The community amenities are very well maintained and helpful. I would recommend to anyone looking for a small apartment in a safe community.

In the beginning dealing with the lease and approval was a bit of a hassle, but as soon as the problems were ironed out everything was perfect. I love living in this building and can't see myself living anywhere else!

Have been at this apartment for over four years. Building is very well maintained, main floors and elevators are always kept clean. Extra effert is put in during winter. The front office staff is always friendly and the building has decent eminitys including a gym, free coffee, dry cleaners, dog run, and bike and car parking. Matinence staff responds to requests in less then 24 hrs. Front door staff is extremely friendly and often gets to know your name. Only issue rent has gotten extremely high. Unfortunately it's in line with the neighborhood but nobody in the economy is gettin 7% raises annually and this place will raise your rent that much each year.
