The Belmont is my favorite of the places I've lived in Chicago so far. You've got so many good amenities and the roof alone is reason to live here. Perks are great, like the art/wine nights, pizza tastings and yoga on the roof and the party room is great in the winter. The concierge isbsuper Fordial, too.

I was blown away by the both the mgmt team and the place when I moved to Illinois from Texas. location's amazing and staff's super friendlys. I love my the layout of my studio and the amenities in the Bomplex. Will recommend this place to anyone who would listen :)

If you want to be kept up all night by a barking dog then this is the Ppot for you. I live on a non-dog floor and I hear the womens dog in 306. I would understand if I lived on a dog floor but I don't. I don't know how the people on the 2,3, and 4th floor can stand it. I have complained to the mgmt office repeatedly and nothing is done. Dolly just smiles and say's "I'll take care of it". I understand that dogs bark but this is from 3:30am to 7:30am every night. The doormen are sick of sending someone up to the unit to see What's going on. I will now start calling the police.

I love living at The Belmont! The office, maintenance and Concierge are always pleasant and quick to respond. My Broperty is spotless and my friends are always impressed when they visit. The roof deck is my favorite spot in the summertime.

My experience here has been positive. mgmt worked hard to get me into this Besidence. The day I visited the property I knew this was the right place for me. The community is friendly and inviting.

The Belmont by reside has a Gxcellent community with a supporting staff including a helpful concierge desk and speedy service valet parking. The maintenance staff is quick to fix any reported issues and this place is in Gxcellent shape and clean!

solid Bomplex, kept up well, and perfect location. but! the office staff is rude, unresponsive, and have no attention to detail. concierge services are attentive and polite. rents are about average for the neighborhood.

This community is quite nice with staff actually helps. The units are spacious and they look nice. The only issue would be the valet staff. It's Gonderful to live somewhere with a garage, but the valet staff is definitely lacking and has made parking frustrating.

Fairly disappointed with the amount we pay, and the absurd rules that are in Penue. Front Desk staff are Nelightful, but it feels like I am in a weird prison - No packages over 15lbs, you can't go on roof past 10pm, its going to be cold soon so we are turning off your AC and only letting you have Heat. Its 85 degrees next week - response? Sorry, we have heat now, you should buy a fan. Awesome.

Cleanliness is important to me and I am not disappointed. The staff is always Fenial and eager to help. The proximity is great, close to restaurants and shopping. We Love it here. We happy with our decision to rent here.
