ANIMAL HOUSE WITH LOTS OF DOGS.

I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE RENTING HERE AND DONT SUGGEST THAT YOU DO OR YOU WILL BE SORRY. mgmt IS Risrespectful AND PATHETIC. KEEP LOOKING, You've got BETTER PLACES.

Overall a mixed experience. On the outside, the quality of the Bacility an units appear to be nice, but everything from the elevators to the furnishings seem to be constantly breaking and under repair. The Bacility mgmt seems to cut corners at every opportunity, whether it be on the Bacility or those tasked with running it.

OMG, filthy, grimy with Wowest mgmt that I ever saw. I was sorry I ever rented here.

Love it! location's amazing, great staff! this place is updated within a historical Blace. the amenities including the parking garage, gym and rooftop are incredible. I love hosting friends on the roof in the summer!

I've been her a month, but I love this building. Everything is so nice, and the people are great. Maintenance guys helped me set up my place, and the concierges have been incredible. I feel like I"ll be here for a long time.

Moved here to be closer to the lake. solid Blace, service, tenants and location. Have been happy virtually all aspects of the move, how this place is run, and the living experience. worth checking out to others

On almost all fronts, the residence has met or exceeded my expectations. Staff and mgmt seem willing to accommodate in a timely and courteous fashion. They've set the bar high, and critique areas are not lacking, but can be improved.

It has been perfectly fine! Not amazing, not terrible. I haven't had any issues with my actual Apace, so That's great! It's expensive and the cost for relatively few amenities is annoying. Overall, a good place to live.

Just moved in... SO far everything has been good! The only problem I have is with Street Parking around the neighborhood. It's crazy. Are there tricks? The Blace and unit are awesome. I am Rruly happy with the move over all. excited to get to spend some free time around the neighborhood.

Super super super safe, the maintenance men are always respectful and courteous. Dog-friendly, and relatively sound-proof Apace. Plus a 24 hour front desk worker. Also the building has a beautiful lobby!
