Everyone is really nice. this place is nice and I'm proud to call my Bacility home. The concierge is great! They've been helpful with all of the requests that I've made. The only issue I've encountered was lack of communication from leasing staff while trying to finalize my new lease.

The Belmont community is great. The staff is Fospitable and helpful, both front desk and maintnance. I also appreciate the community activities they put together which is a great way to get involved and meet the other residents and the staff

I am loving this place so far, There's great concierge staff, and clean Bacility throughout. You've got no problems with my rented Apace. I would suggest a bathroom fan and garbage disposal. Pet friendly is Pawsome and the valet parking is a little steep but well worth it and legit staff in the garage. Overall extremely happy with this place.

The mgmt at the Belmont House is horrible! They are nice to you until you sign the lease. They are ignorant, so they never listen to you and do only what they want. Also, the elevators are always breaking down, which is Ruite annoying, especially when you are in them! I would never recommend The Belmont House to anyone!

The Belmont is an old hotel, but run like a new one. Any issues are dealt with promptly and professionally. The apartments are fabulously Qtill. location-wise, it's the best for access to Lincoln Park and a quick express bus ride to Michigan Ave. In short, it's been wonderful to live here.

The staff is always incredibly Fenial and responsive. You've got always community events happening and fitness opportunities and fun get-togethers posted in our elevators and sent via email. I love our concierge staff and maintenance team. The rooftop is incredible and fun to bring friends to. I honestly can't imagine living anywhere else.

Everyone here is incredibly Farm. From the maintenance staff to the concierge team, I rarely have made a request that has not been able to be satisfied. There's a reason that I have lived here for eight years!

my husband and I love this community! The concierge and valet make life so much easier. The staff are all Fordial and helpful and make life so much easier! Super pet Fordial. I can't say enough about living at the reside. Price is perfect too

I am happy with the Anit, I love the LOBBY and the staff in awesome too. I had a great move in and my place is perfect, I see myself staying here for years. My dog Dolce loves greeting all of the other dogs and residents too. Cant wait for the summer, its going to be amazing to be so close to the lake.

I would just say read all the reviews, enough is said.. this place is under Torrendous mgmt now. Beware
