Our apartment is beautiful and all of the staff here are so helpful. Having parking on site was a must and that has gone well! The building is quiet which is great since I work from home. It is also very well cared for/ clean. Having a laundry app to track open machines is also helpful!

It has been perfectly fine! Not exceptional, not terrible. I haven't had any issues with my actual apartment, so that is great! It is expensive and the cost for relatively few amenities is annoying. Overall, a good place to live.

This is a very comfortable and well-maintained apartment building. Service is excellent and service requests are handled promptly and professionally. The location is great with easy access to multiple bus lines, and a short walk to the lakefront.

It Truly is a community, the concierge and leasing agent team is AMAZING! Seriously 5 star customer service and genuinely nice people. Our move in ended up being a day longer and more frustrating than we planned but the one bright spot was the concierge staff, they were SO helpful and accommodating. The building and unit are amazing and the safe community events are something we are looking forward to!

The building is beautiful. However, like all older buildings, there are bound to be issues. The maintenance team is pretty good about addressing these things. The office staff were horrendous in addressing my concerns when a major issue occurred in my unit. I had to spend way too much time tracking down and following up to get an actual response with solutions rather than stock email responses. Love the location but not sure if it's worth the headaches.

I feel that management could do a better job overall when it comes to pride in the building and security. That said, housekeeping does a great job in communal areas. Touching up paint, replacing burned out lightbulbs, following up when people move in and out to maintain building security seem to be falling a bit short.

Great building in a great location! Staff is friendly and courteous, building is clean and safe. Laundry facility is on point! The gym and rooftop are small, but tidy and useful. My only complaints would be the tenants are not so friendly, out of ten good mornings I will probably only get one in return and nine dirty looks (urban rudeness). Also, I was disappointed in the $100 rent hike for a studio apt after only a year here.

The Bemont by Reside, though a beautiful historical structure, lacks the attention by management to details keeping the building in excellent condition or addressing any issues brought to their attention. There are plenty of apartments in the same or lesser price range in the same neighborhood. I would advise looking elsewhere before landing here.

We love our apartment, and have had very positive interactions with staff and maintenance staff. We also love the benefit of the rooftop and herb garden in the spring/summer. The three months rent free deal really helped us out and made this apartment within our price range.

All around wonderful place to live! The building is well maintained inside and out and the staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. I love living here with the provided amenities and hope to stay for a while!
