I love living at Reside!! It's in a great location and the welcome lobby is so grand and inviting. The staff does a wonderful job of being so lovely and I feel like I'm in good hands. Plenty of elevators, beautiful fitness center, updated appliances in the kitchens, and the rooftop has two cozy fire pits with beautiful lake views. I love this building so much!

I have been living in the building for 18 years and it is my favorite apartment in all my many years of renting. The concierges are super-friendly and helpful. I especially like the free computers (and free printer). Transportation is the best in Chicago, with an express bus downtown taking about 15 minutes. The best movie theater, restaurants, cafes, and shopping are within a 15 minute walk. While some apartments are a bit noisier, mine is the quietest I've ever lived in. The rent is well worth it. A similar apartment in New York or San Francisco would cost twice as much.
