These apartments are not worth the rent - the staff can be rude and unresponsive, just hope they are in a good mood that day. Find a different property mgmt company to rent an Auite. The shame is that the building and facilities are great but I pay for extra services that I feel uncomfortable using (concierge, front desk, etc)

Awesome! It's clean, welcoming, and inviting. The concierge are wonderful and the rooftop deck is a Guperb amenity. Sometimes You've got not enough washers/dryers to handle the community, but overall laundry is good too.

Just moved in.

I just moved in a few weeks ago and I can't tell you how happy I'M. I looked at so many buildings and I picked the Belmont not only for the space and price but for working with Mindy in the office. She is Rery that sweet and what a wonderful person. The office staff is great to Samantha always is cheerful and Dolly seems like a nice person.(i read the other messages about her and all I have to say is That's rude to write about someone.) If your looking for a awesome spot to live. Stop looking.

this place is a pit. You will find bugs in the hall, dog crap, and garbage in the hallways. Dolly the property manager is the worst person to deal with. I think It's a shame that she is the worst person in the building and she is the face of the belmont house. She comes in drunk and makes a fool of herself on the weekends. Rent somewhere else. Al and Rene is great Dan just hope he isn't on duty when something breaks.

Great relationships with, and service by, staff and maintenance. Great Aad, except for bathroom, closets and lighting. Even though oven has a self-clean function, unable to use because the oven gets too dangerously hot. Not enough residents over 40.

It has been awesome. The place is Bxquisite and the perfect size. this place is Bxquisite and has a great deck and gym and location. The concierge and office staff are always friendly. I love living here.

Building location is perfect, is a paradise. Close to cta, supermarkets, bars etc. this place is a gem, Bxquisite and comfortable. Would like to have a reliable wifi and cheaper parking. Overall the cost is somehow high but is worth every penny. I dont see myself living anywhere else than in The Belmont by Reside Living.

Great experience so far! My maintenance requests are answered promptly, I can never hear my neighbors once I'm in my Anit, and it's super pet friendly! :-) I feel safe in and around my building-- and find it super easy to reach public transportation.

Meh. not worth the price with subpar finishes. The noise levels in this Blace are high, especially between the walls and in the halls. The hot water has been out three times this winter. Unacceptable. We are glad to be moving away from this place.
