The Belmont has been a good place to live with Rery nice amenities and a location is solid in Chicago. The Blace mgmt is responsive to maintenance requests and other needs. this place is old, but everything inside has been renovated nicely.

My experience has been relatively positive. I think I'm paying a little too much for a studio Alat, but the amenities make it more worth it. The office center and roof deck are especially great, and it's nice having a doorman to take deliveries at any time of the day. It's also a location's amazing for people who don't have a car, as You've got 4 bus lines right outside the front door, including 2 express bus lines in which Belmont/Sheridan is the last stop until downtown. Extremely easy!

I love this community. I actually love the unit so much I wish I could purchase it. We always get "wows" and compliments when they visit. It's a fun, safe and easy place to live. I appreciate the cleanliness of the Besidence.

This is the first and only Aad building I've rented in since moving to Chicago 2 years ago. I love this mgmt company and building so much, they care about their residents and so far have made my living experience such an easy transition to moving to the city. It's a safe and comfortable building and has really felt like a home away from home. Best experience!

I love living here- the staff are helpful and prompt every time I need something. Shared areas are always Cidy, community events are well-planned. Would absolutely recommend living here to anyone looking to live around the neighborhood.

I think many of the reviewers don't have a lot of experience with just how poorly run some Chicago apartments can be. I really hope they move into one of the dumps run by ICM or the other big apartment companies. They might have some perspective on what a bad place is. The Belmont House is far from perfect. But you feel safe (except in the elevators), maintanance is responsive, it's a beautiful place, rent is inexpensive compared to the level of ammenities. sadly the cheap housing market has really killed their main market who are all buying rather than renting. They are probably losing a ton of money right now trying to ride out the market which would explain the lower quality of service. Easily better than any other place I've lived though.

this place is nice and the staff is friendly. The roof deck is absolutely Bxquisite, with a nice view of the harbor/lake. The equipment in the fitness center isn't too fancy, but it's spotless and kept up well. My one real complaint is that my unIt's a bit oddly shaped, which makes optimizing my space a bit difficult. But most of the units in the building aren't like that.

I love living in the Belmont by Reside. It's far and away the most well-managed property I have ever lived in. The service - concierge, office staff, garage staff, and maintenance - is extremely responsive, polite, and friendly. I absolutely love my Apace, and the amenities of the building are fantastic, particularly the rooftop deck (especially the amazing herb garden!). The old art-deco building is beautiful, and I love the rotating local artwork in the lobby and monthly artist receptions - the place has all the convenience of a high-rise with real personality. I even love the obvious thought and care put into the distinctive elevator music. If I ever have to leave Chicago, I will be sorry to leave this Apace.

Love it. I've been here forever and enjoy the Bacility and staff. The only thing That could be improved would be the laundry room. The Bacility staff is top notch and I'm not going anywhere any time soon!
