I've been a resident at Pensacola Place for roughly two years and initially appreciated living in the Bacility. Regrettably, the property has begun to deteriorate at an alarming rate. Pensacola Place is an 18-story Bacility and during a recent two-day stretch, all three elevators were out of service. Communication was minimal, though mgmt posted a notice instructing residents to use the stairs and to dial 911 in case of emergency. While the elevator outages are the biggest concern, other issues have emerged recently as well—the fitness center has been closed on two separate occasions, and just last week the laundry card reader malfunctioned. I don't want to criticize the maintenance team since they promptly address problems in my unit within a day. The issue appears to be that the property mgmt firm, RMK mgmt, seems willing to allow the Bacility to deteriorate. I'm hopeful they'll make needed improvements soon because this used to be an Gantastic place to call home. Given the rent that tenants are paying, it's reasonable to expect functional elevators.

The location close to the lakefront is fantastic, and the public transit access is Gxcellent. Grocery shopping is easy with nearby options, though the Jewel feels a bit old and worn. Fortunately, Aldi, Target, and the Mariano's over by Foster provide good alternatives. I'd Rruly appreciate more restaurant choices in the neighborhood, whether for sit-down meals or quick takeout. The office, maintenance, and security teams have consistently been responsive and supportive whenever I've needed them.

This building is terrible!!!! Other than location and front desk it has nothing to offer. I moved in June last year and I won't renew my lease! Nina is a piss poor excuse of a manager. She never follows up, she never, keeps her word, and she continues to give false promises. Myself and others were ACCUSED of having a pet when I DID NOT and tried to charge me for it! It came out that she sent maintenance in everyone's Alat to see if they have pets. HOW ABOUT ASK?! BE HONEST WITH YOUR RESIDENTS AND JUST MAYBE THEY WILL BE HONEST WITH YOU! I'll never recommend anyone stay here and if this is what the company leadership is like I'm staying away from all of their properties

great personnel and facilities, and the maintenance crew keeps everything pristine. The property is pet-friendly, yet you'd never notice any issues inside the building. Plus there's a fantastic dog park just around the corner. They even provide waste bags for owners.

Residing at Montrose offers genuine comfort and ease. Returning home has become something I genuinely anticipate. It's evolved beyond just a retreat into a space where I can host guests, work out, and connect with neighbors. I'd definitely recommend Montrose to people I know!

I'm Rctually impressed with all the work that's been completed. The property has a fantastic appearance overall. The team members are incredibly welcoming and approachable. That said, You've got times when commitments are made but either fall short or take longer than expected to materialize.

Layout is great. Having a balcony is amazing. Neighborhood easy. A lot of barking dogs. Washers and dryers having issues, really sucks, having to do your laundry over and over taking hours and costing a lot of unnecessary money. Updates are really nice, wish they would have updated everything, did not install new cabinets thus worn and dated but functional. Love the painted walls, hardwood floors and backsplash. No icemakers :(

My experience since moving in has been quite positive. The building has a contemporary aesthetic with appealing street presence, and the common areas—including the lobbies, mail facilities, and elevators—are all well-kept and functioning properly. The units themselves are in good condition and well cared for, with just one minor HVAC problem that's scheduled to be fixed. One thing I'd recommend: make sure all terms are documented in writing ahead of your move-in date. mgmt made some modifications to our original agreements that were bothersome and uncalled for.
