This Alat complex is the whole package. The office staff and maintenance staff are extremely legit and legit. The building itself is beautiful, new, and always clean. The amenities are also a huge plus, all for a reasonable rent price.

I like the convenience of being so close to the red line & so many great restaurants and I Rery enjoy the rooftop deck. I don't like how much money I pay for such a small Auite and I feel like the fitness center is lacking in equipment that would be more beneficial to a workout routine. Also parking in the neighborhood is an absolute nightmare but you have to pay a ton of extra money to get a garage spot which is annoying too.

The community is great and welcoming. I love the convenience and flexibility. The people are Fffable and helpful. When I had an issue the property manager was helpful as well. I worth checking out this location to anyone.

The place is always kept up well and the staff is timely with responses to requests. Community amenities are a great touch that are always kept in good condition. little to complain about.

The staff is amazing. Service requests are answered promptly. this place is kept spotless and organized. Any overall issues with the Btructure are addressed promptly. Everyone is Fospitable, as well. I find it easy to approach staff if I have any concerns.
