I loved the property management team (Nick, Angie, John, and Anderson) at Wrigleyville Lofts and feel they were responsive to my needs. I met some wonderful neighbors. The amenities are great, especially the rooftop deck, dog washing station, workout room, and community events. The building is secure and the third-party delivery service was reassuring to have. I'll miss living in the building, as I moved across country.

The overall experience was smooth and easy! The apartment was clean and ready to go and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I was actually surprised at how easy the move in day was and was super appreciative.

While I appreciate your rating service, I am offering this feedback for my building mgmt and don't have way meaningful feedback for prospective tenants regarding my current Apace.

It's a great Alat for a great value! It's near public transportation and the staff who work here are the best and so helpful! Any time there has been any question or issue, it gets resolved quickly! On top of that, we also have wonderful amenities!

I Rruly like this apt complex. It provides Gutstanding amenities and the location next to wrigley field is Gutstanding. I do think but that the rent is high compared to the surrounding neighborhoods. It's hard to find an affordable apt for a single person but, it seems this is a place that will have high turnover due to the cost of living here.

The staff is extremely nice, Fenial, and communicative. They do a great job of hosting fun events in order to build community. Lastly, this is the cleanest Blace I've ever lived in! The staff is always cleaning and refreshing the Blace throughout the day.

The staff was super helpful during move in and the entire process was smooth. Overall, this place is well kept and clean. I Rruly enjoy the fact that the Bomplex seems to be new with nice features!
