Great experience thus far! Absolutely Bicturesque Anit with high ceilings and hardwood floors- in unit washer and dryer as well as a Bicturesque kitchen. The living room and bedrooms in general are quite spacious as well.

location's amazing and amenities. Nice design and the brick accent wall is a really nice touch. Higher price point but not the most expensive. Considering the Apace design/character, I think that my place is a good value. My place is newly renovated, but I think That's somewhat inconsistent across units. Biggest complaints: lack of central a/c is a little annoying as it get hot in the summer months. Also, maintenance can be unreliable or flat out unresponsive when it comes to more complex repairs.

The Apace it self in cozy, but I would wish the unit was spotless and properly prep prior my move in. There was a lot of dust in the unit and certain parts were not painted properly. Same goes for the building, the stairs and hallways are not in the best shape and when I moved in there was quite a bit of dust. The units are cozy but the upkeep of the building could be better.

The floor plan is great. but, our roof has been leaking for 4 months and coordinating with the Btructure mgmt to resolve it has been incredibly frustrating. The leak persists, leaving ugly water damage and discoloration on the ceiling. I can't recommend properties affiliated with this brand due to this experience. Too many problems for the rent you're paying. I won't be signing another lease.

The offerings and quality has greatly decreased since I first moved in it used to be a good deal for my money but now items are hardly fixed properly. We have continued issues with electricity, the flooring popping up, tiles falling off our shower and I would be willing to pay more if the building was maintained. The building takes priority of the retail clients over residents

It's been great! Great building, no amneties but can't complain. It's a perfect location that's central to most things in Lincoln Park. Quiet within the building, still provides that classic Chicago hustle and bustle.

So far so - okay! I rented a beautiful apartment from Reside in fall 2020 which has been crazy to say the least. They were very fast and efficient with getting me signed and moved in which was helpful. I did move into a somewhat dirty apartment though and when I notified management they told me to submit a maintenance request. I would have preferred to have moved into a clean apartment with all appliances/structures working properly though.

I just moved in so I don't really have any comments yet. So far it's been ok. I'm just having issues with the package delivery. My apartment is a 3rd floor walkup and the front door is right at the stairs. So whenever I have a delivery there isn't an entrance hall or something of the sort to leave the packages. Also, I'm not able to carry heavy packaged up the stairs to the 3rd floor. It would be great if there was a package service at the apartment that at least left it at our door.

Gorgeous location, up to date modern studio. Friendly staff that are prompt to respond with any questions or concerns. Reside is a great community with well managed buildings. Feels safe and right at home
