Reside on 2727 is not a value apartment complex. It's dirty and disgusting. Reside on Clark, however, is much nicer. Though, you certainly pay for it. It's over-priced, but after spending 4 months at 2727, I would've paid anything to get out. The staff is disorganized and unresponsive at times. I'd suggest making sure you're on the ball with your own paperwork and needs to ensure your move in process is smooth. If you don't sweat the details, no one will.

Great experience thus far! Absolutely beautiful apartment with high ceilings and hardwood floors- in unit washer and dryer as well as a beautiful kitchen. The living room and bedrooms in general are quite spacious as well.

The layout is great. But our roof has leaked for 4 months and it has been extremely difficult working with the building staff to fix it. It is still leaking with hideous water marks and stains. I would not recommend apartments under this brand for that reason. Lots of headaches for what you are paying. Will not renew.

Great location and efficient staff. A great place to live. Multiple travel routes.Near restaurants, theaters,gyms,bars, the zoo, the lake. Wrigley Field. If it's in Chicago, you can get to it from here.

I don't partake in the community aspect too much, but the apartment itself is stunning and I'm in love. Only downside is that they currently do not allow dogs in the building that I am in and a dog would make the apartment a home.

Great location and amenities. Nice design and the brick accent wall is a really nice touch. Higher price point but not the most expensive. Considering the apartment design/character, I think that my apartment is a good value. My apartment is newly renovated, but I think that is somewhat inconsistent across units. Biggest complaints: lack of central a/c is a little annoying as it get VERY hot in the summer months. Also, maintenance can be unreliable or flat out unresponsive when it comes to more complex repairs.

Reside Living provides a unique community environment that I haven't experienced anywhere else. The staff is very helpful and welcoming and each building I've been in has a warm, homey feel. I would recommend Reside Living to everyone!

So far so good. The actual apartment is really nice, I love entertaining guests and showing it off. Only thing I would change is ability to have a pet and in unit laundry.
