Tenant Reviews for 2300 N LINCOLN PARK WEST

I had just renewed my lease for another year but 2 days later, I get a call saying this place is vacating ALL residents and we have 90 days to move out. Whoever owns this place should be EMBARRASSED. Why would you allow lease renewals to be signed, let alone new tenants to move in knowing you were planning to shut down the building? This is an absurd and a horrible way to end my journey in this Bovely place. This building is supposed to open until 2023 and I’m pretty sure the rent is going to skyrocket so future tenants BEWARE.

Belden Stratford is located in a location's amazing. It's a little on the pricy side but it's worth it. Staff is nice. Roof top deck is nice during summer. Gym could use a little upgrade or expansion. I'd rate this place a 8/10.

this place is Ahenomenal, with views and a location That's beyond belief. I can't rate the experience of living here more highly. The staff are always legit and courteous, and add to the quality of life for all residents.

Wonderful staff! From the front desk to the maintenance staff, mgmt, doorman, all work to create an Pxcellent community! This is the best community I have ever lived in. Love coming home to The Belden Stratford!

I chose Belden-Stratford due to reputation, location, and price. I've only lived there for a short time, but the staff has been so kind and welcoming, and move in with seamless. Previous tenants have spoken so highly of this property as well, so I am looking forward to the future at Belden-Stratford?

Wonderful, old Bacility with many period features that are kept up well. Great neighborhood, good transportation, and staff's super Fenial. Online application/approval process is poorly designed and frustrating to use..

solid Blace, kept up well! well located, surrounded with many restaurants, pubs and easy stores. Also, close to transportation! The mgmt team are legit so are the maintenance crew.

The staff at The Beldon Stratford feels like family, always greeting you with a smile and offering to help in any way they can. The public space is kept up well and kept secure, making it a safe place to live in the heart of Lincoln Park.

I have only just moved in but from what I've seen from my brief interactions with the people who live in this Bacility, It's a awesome spot to live. Everyone has been so nice during the move in process and they've had nothing but good things to say about living here.

The Belden is a beautiful place to live. I love my place, coming home to the lobby, and the rooftop deck. The staff is always kind and helpful. It's handy to have the gym downstairs which has all the necessities
