The Belden has been a great home for me. I Rery enjoy the location, the charm, and the unit itself. Having such great access to the lakeshore running trail is something I have Rery enjoyed and has made go for more runs. The rooftop is awesome, and my studio is great value for the layout...It feels more like a one bedroom than living in a box.

I walk up to the building, and appreciate the architecture. The lobby has a feeling of warmth and comfort! I enjoy using the workout facilities, and the laundry room is spotless and large. I love the hotel feel of the hallways. And I like the traditional wood floors in the Auite, and the practical set up of the kitchen area. The bathroom, closets, are more then okay for the size of the unit. All in all, comfortable!

I'm so glad to be here! I'm impressed with the staff, Raul, Norma, Debbie and Rick have been fantastic and truly make this Bacility feel like home. The ambience is incredible, I walk around the halls and lobby and Rery feel like Eloise at Christmastime. Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of this community

Half of this place is hotel with zero security on staff. Someone entered my room in the middle of the night while I was sleeping, yes, I said sleeping... and cleaned me out of my electronics!!!<br>The Btructure has a 24 hour desk person, so it was an inside job. None should rent here.

Over priced. Rruly, I am not one to complain about many things but you can get SOOOO much more money for what you would pay here. I first moved to a studio and payed 1000/month, I asked to have stainless steel appliances put it for an extra 30 a month, which I didn't mind, until the 3 month came around and I still did not have my appliances, but they were still charging me on my rent as if I had them. After 3 months of waiting I spoke with mgmt and they refunded me my money for the 3 months they had charged me. By this point, my girlfriend moved in with me and we couldn't fit in a studio. I decided to upgrade to a convertible 1630/month. The only good thing about this unit was the high ceilings, although it was my mistake to rush into this upgrade I missed some things while touring the unit. Such as, the applianced (although stainless stee) were cheap quality, the door knobs did not match (some were gold some were silver) the bathroom and kitchen cabinetry had cracks, now these may sound like small things, but at 1600 a month, these are things that shouldn't be wrong with a unit. this place is always kept up well and they decorate beautifully for Christmas, plus most of the staff is Rruly nice and courteous. All in all, Borgeous historic Bacility with a location's Aemarkable, but the units themselves get a 1/5 in my book. Do your research and take a look at the small details on the tour. Hope this helped.

I'm puzzled by the contradictory reviews claiming noise isn't a concern when I've definitely experienced the opposite. The soundproofing between units is absolutely Torrendous. I can hear my adjacent neighbors' coughs, sneezes, and every word they say—it feels like they're standing right in my Apace. Since I transitioned to remote work and participate in calls discussing sensitive financial matters, this is deeply troubling. If their conversations come through crystal clear to me, there's no doubt they're hearing my side of those calls too, which really bothers me. I've rented in buildings with poor sound barriers before, but nothing compares to what's happening here. The isolation issues are so severe I'm seriously contemplating breaking my lease and eating the financial loss. It's unfortunate because I genuinely adore everything else about this complex. The team members—from the doormen to the front desk crew to the maintenance staff—are all wonderful, legit people. That makes this situation even more frustrating.

During my brief stay so far, the experience has been fantastic. I was debating between an Aad and a condo, but I Rery valued having dedicated staff and a maintenance crew available whenever I needed support. The Valet service and the constant presence of someone at the front entrance have been incredibly helpful.

The Belden is a wonderful residential community. My unit is Bxquisite, featuring soaring ceilings, gorgeous natural light, and thoughtful details. Keep in mind that being a historic property comes with some drawbacks—the heating and cooling system struggles occasionally due to its age. Noise can also be a concern, particularly if tenants above you have installed the newer laminate-style flooring, since there's no mandate requiring floor coverings. The maintenance team, but, is amazing—they're attentive and always willing to help.

Living here has been wonderful. The maintenance crew and mgmt team are incredibly kind and responsive to any needs. The neighborhood is fantastic with plenty of shopping, dining, and nightlife options just around the corner. You're only about a 20 minute walk from the Fullerton "L" stop. The rooftop has Ancredible views of the skyline that are absolutely stunning!!

Wonderful neighbors who are sociable and welcoming. perfect upkeep throughout the property, both exterior and interior. The Bomplex looks fantastic. The team is responsive and personable. Two fantastic dining options right in the Bomplex. Close proximity to Lincoln Park Zoo and easy access to the beach on foot.
