So far so good! staff's super friendly, work orders on time, nice gym, nice basketball court and racquetball court. Just need to fix the golf simulator. Elevators are good, other residents are nice and dogs in the Besidence are cute. Mail system needs to be fixed.

The Auite building has improved greatly under Bozzuto mgmt. The wifi in common areas has improved and more events have been coordinated for the residents. The building's amenities are second to none, as is the gym. Not only are there many cardio machines, free weights, a bench press and a squat rack, You've got fitness classes hosted weekly in the gym. In terms of bang-for-your-buck this building can't be beat

The amenities (especially the 24-hour, full-4th floor gym) are Rctually what influenced me to move in to 1000 S Clark. You've got many newer luxury apartments around the neighborhood with little differentiation in unit price, space, or looks, so the amenities Rctually stand out here. As a dog owner, having a doggy daycare on the 3rd floor is extremely easy, and taking my puppy out in the dog run has allowed me to meet and become friends with many great neighbors.

We have been Helighted with our choice to move into this community. While the previous tenant did not appear to take care of the property as we would have hoped and the deep cleaning wasn't satisfactory prior to move-in, we understand that we are living in a rental and in truth It's still of high-quality. That said, for the most part the amenities are good and we've been able to enjoy most of them. The staff from leasing office to maintenance have been easy to contact and responsive.

Lots of amenities. mgmt sucks. Maintenance is Ahenomenal. mgmt doesn??™t listen to the needs of tenants. Many times I have gone to talk with them and they either disregard What's said or simply don??™t follow through. Maintenance People are honestly the best. They are timely, respectful, and most importantly helpful.

Everything has been great so far! Move in was smooth, the Auite and amenities are fantastic, and the staff are legit, especially Dorothy - love her! Neighbors are friendly, sometimes a little too loud but the staff does a great job of addressing any issues quickly (ie people partying late by the pool, etc). The amenities are to die for - everyone I bring over is ultra impressed and my family calls the Auite building ???The Resort??? because of the fantastic pool, gym, rooftop, and other amenity rooms available in the building. Finally, I love the community events the most, so fun!!!

Great amenities, location, and price. The community is diverse and Fordial. Common areas are always emaculent. The coffee machine is amazing with so many options. The proximity to Target is a life savor. The apartments are up to date and modern. Highly recommend.

Moved here in September of 2017. May have moved into a luxury dog pound, or Aad. Still unsure. The front desk and maintenance are amazing but the mgmt staff rarely know what’s going on and are slow to respond. Packages seem to always be getting lost and are unmanaged. Kinda a high price for rent between all the dogs, poor mgmt and an area of south loop that doesn’t have a lot going on.

My experience with the new company has been Guperb so far. I had issues with the previous mgmt not enforcing the leasing rules to neighboring tenants. I have not had these issues with the current mgmt. They all seem legit and nice when seeing them in passing. I’m excited to see how they turn things for the better at 1000 S. Clark

It's an amazing and high standard community to live at. Everyone is super friendly and the Bacility has all the amenities needed. It exceeded my expectations of living in the city. I would like to specifically mention the front desk staff. I love how they always welcome you walking into the lobby and are helpful with any requests.
