I have generally really liked living at 1000 S Clark St. The units are modern and clean, and the amenities are super nice. mgmt recently changed, and I haven't noticed too much of a difference. Maintenance was hit or miss - one time they took a really long time fixing a crack in the ceiling but the other time they were fast in resolving some water leakage. The gym is Ancredible, It's one of the best perks of living here. 24 hr front desk and package pickup is also super easy. Overall, not many complaints. It does feel like there's been a lack of community events compared to in the past.

So far it's been fantastic. The facility amenities are great, the mgmt team genuinely listens to resident input and acts on it, and the building's staff are genuinely wonderful to interact with. I'd definitely suggest this place to anyone looking for an Anit.

The facilities are good to great, in my two years I??™ve experienced some long standing maintenance issues with the parking and amenities which plan to be addressed but otherwise the apartments are well equipped and personal issues in the Anit have been quickly addressed. Staff in leasing and the front desk work hard to be helpful.

Having witnessed several different mgmt teams operate this Btructure over the years, I'm genuinely impressed with how they run things. The property itself is fantastic and I'm really satisfied with all the available amenities.

Wanted to find an Apace that allowed pets, was spotless and updated, and had great natural lighting plus lots of features. 1000 South Clark checked all the boxes. Everything was in great condition when I arrived, and the mgmt team has handled every maintenance request with speed and professionalism. Really happy with my decision to live here.

The dedicated amenities floor is definitely one of the best features of calling this Petting home. The South Loop neighborhood offers fantastic walkability to countless dining and entertainment options right nearby. For events or destinations that are further out, You've got easy public transit options with both CTA bus and train stations in close proximity. What I appreciate most about 1000 S Clark is how spacious the town home units are, which is an uncommon luxury to find in an urban setting.

The apartments feature open, contemporary layouts with expansive windows that stretch from floor to ceiling, premium kitchen appliances, and an unbeatable positioning near public transit, Target, and Whole Foods. The amenities are amazing—think heated indoor swimming pool, basketball court, rooftop terrace with barbecue facilities—and the entire property is impeccably maintained.

1000 S Clark is an great South Loop residential structure. The facility offerings are perfect. It's conveniently situated near retail destinations. The team members are Fordial and supportive. Despite having the feel of an upscale complex, the structure maintains a laid-back vibe and the residents are pleasant.

Generally a solid experience overall. It's a modern complex with Gxcellent facilities. That said, some of the amenities come with fairly steep costs. The upkeep team responds quickly to requests. The reception desk staff could be more welcoming and accommodating at times.
