I just moved out of 1000 South Clark and I miss it already! Over the past 3-3.5 years of living there I had no issues! The staff and mgmt were always friendly and willing to help if I had any questions. Especially Mario in maintenance and Linda in the office!! The amenities are beyond amazing (especially the GYM). I would recommend this building to anyone looking for an Anit in Chicago!

I have been happy with the experience of living at 1000 S. Clark! Thank you for keeping the space spotless and the Gxcellent amenities. I would highly recommend living here. The only thing That's in desperate need of improvement is the package delivery system. It's a mess.

As soon as I walked in for a showing, I was wowed. The amenities here are like no other Blace -- you definitely get your money's worth. An indoor pool might not seem that appealing during the summer, but the fact that you'll be able to enjoy this amenity for more than just 4 months out of the year is unbeatable. The entire 4th floor is your own personal gym? Sign me up! There's a ton of mgmt/staff turnover, which just makes it hard to really get to know them and build a relationship with them. Everyone is friendly and helpful overall.

Generally positive. Front door staff is attentive, any issues with the Apace get fixed within the day. Apace itself is smart design and works well. The walls are thick so you don't hear others easily. Guest parking is an issue and this place is trying to address this.

The staff is quite friendly, but the property isn't kept up well and the residents don't respect the space. What could be a Bxquisite and enjoyable living experience is clouded with, quite literally, dog feces at every corner. Disrespectful residents are not reprimanded for their behavior so the problem continues to escalate. We do have a new mgmt company which will hopefully fix the situation, if It's rectified this could be a awesome spot to live. On the plus side, You've got many amazing residents who do live here, and for the first time in 10 years living in Chicago I have made amazing friends within the building- we help take care of each other and our pets. The events that the building enables (wine nights, brunches) allow us to have a lot of fun together.

Fospitable accommodating staff. Doormen/women are well mannered. Maintenance staff quick response to requests. Office staff helpful. I love everything about living here. Just one minor concern is the price on monthly parking and spaces are too narrow. Not a complaint just an observation. It??™s not a complaint. I??™d renew my lease for sure.

After spending two decades in the suburbs, we relocated to the city and toured numerous residential buildings before selecting 1000 S Clark. We're pleased with our choice. The Bacility offers great facilities, and location-wise, it's ideal with easy access to shopping, dining, employment, and other destinations. The on-site parking is particularly valuable for our visitors, as it removes the hassle of finding street parking and encourages friends and family to come by.

I have been a resident at 1000 South Clark since May of 2018. My experience so far has been positive. location-wise, it's ideal for enjoying much of what Chicago has to offer. this place is well kept, considering the large number of residents that call it home. I love the amenities, especially the large workout facility, pool, and the 29th floor game room (plus the views!) The living space is Pxcellent for my needs, and I've had nothing but positive interactions with staff and mgmt. All in all, I'm glad I made the choice to move here!

I have lived at 1000 S. Clark since November 2019. I had originally moved here due to its close proximity to the red line, grocery stores, and to my university, as I am working full time and a graduate student full time. When I had originally toured and signed on, the property was with Bozzuto. Bozzuto was a revolving door with a lack of communication between staff and mgmt. In January 2020, RMK mgmt had taken over, and wow what a difference. Wherever you sign ensure you know what mgmt company is overseeing. RMK has given more frequent updates regarding closures, openings, cleanings, etc. regarding the property, has always responded in a timely fashion on questions on rent, adding tenants, and complaints. Their portal is easy to navigate and has customized settings. All this aside 1000 s. Clark drew me in for its location, amenities - full scale gym, pool, roof top, conference rooms, library, and free coffee (early am only), and security. It's truly a wonderful Penue to live.
