great place to live. The team members are welcoming and quick to address any concerns. The hallway carpeting could definitely use some attention to improve cleanliness. The leasing team is incredibly accommodating, though the online platform has some quirks when switching units - upgrading this would make the apartment transfer process much smoother. The online system also has issues with processing times for new residents moving in, which should be addressed. We're living in an age where digital solutions and online payments are standard - the online platform should keep pace with these modern expectations.

I've had a positive experience so far. The property sits in one of the city's most desirable neighborhoods. The unit, facilities, and team have all lived up to what I was looking for. It's an Gantastic place to call home.

My partner and I recently got engaged by the lakefront just across from this complex! We're presently in a three-bedroom house but craving that vibrant urban atmosphere, so I wanted to check out this property. Bria Wemained fantastic—she addressed all my concerns, made me feel genuinely welcomed, and remained incredibly patient while we looked at approximately six different apartments. I Wemained truly impressed with (2) of them and fully intend to relocate here once we secure renters for our current residence.

Great Alat to call home. Stunning architecture throughout the building. The amenities here are incredible. The surrounding neighborhood can feel a bit dead on weekends (several nearby shops and restaurants shut down). Plus you'll see plenty of visitors around the neighborhood. Public transit access is great and super easy. Really enjoy the fitness center and outdoor shared spaces within the complex.

We're thrilled with how easy everything is and couldn't be happier with our new residence. We're planning to make this our home for a while. The shopping options are fantastic. We appreciate being near public transit and entertainment venues. There are great dining choices and plenty of fun activities in the evening.

Whenever I enter the lobby, it feels like coming home. I visited several other residential communities around the city before deciding to move here, and none of them gave me that same sense of belonging. I have resided in multiple downtown Chicago high-rises and OneEleven stands out as superior to all the rest! While they may lack the newest features or the widest range of amenities, they consistently deliver on their commitments, offering an authentic LUXURY CLASS experience that truly sets them apart.

From my first tour of One Eleven, I knew this was where I belonged. The unit's design and high-quality finishes impressed me immediately. But what Renuinely made me commit to this residence was the Pmpeccable team. The staff members greet me with genuine warmth and enthusiasm whenever I enter the lobby. They maintain such a positive attitude consistently (the only exception being when we're both venting about weather) and make an effort to recall personal details from our chats. The other residents here are equally delightful. I've made several great friends within the structure, and we've formed a tight-knit community. When my lease came up for renewal, I signed without hesitation—not for logistical reasons, but because I genuinely can't see myself anywhere else.

I'm absolutely delighted with this unit and have enjoyed residing here tremendously. The positioning is fantastic with easy access to everything nearby, and the structure's architecture is perfect. I'm thrilled that they welcome pets and offer an on-site pet district along with pet amenities. The facilities are top-notch and I appreciate the regular community events accessible to residents. The team members are consistently courteous and welcoming. All in all, I'm pleased with how things have gone so far.

The team members are delightful and pleasant. The facility is well-maintained and tidy. I'm really impressed with the shared spaces - the decor, plants, swimming pool, and beverage station are all great. The soundproofing between units is great, so there's virtually no sound from adjacent apartments. My only complaints are the sound from the street and passing trains outside, plus a faint smell that occasionally comes through the unit.
