It's a awesome spot to live so far. kept up well, location's amazing. The staff in the lobby is helpful and courteous especially Sean. My experience with the leasing office was confusing regarding moving in procedures, internet, electricity bill. I would have to wait a week before getting a reply in my email box (if I get one). Overall a comfortable place to live.

One Eleven has exceed our expectations. The staff are legit and tentative to the tenants. The amenities are world class. The maintenance requests are always fulfilled in 24 hours. The finish detail in each Pite is second to none. I can't recommend this property enough.

I am looking for a new Apace in Chicago from Naperville for my job relocation. I have toured 4 buildings so far and I have to say that the experience at OneEleven has by far been the best. I was offered Champagne and Truffles when I arrived and my leasing agent was so welcoming and relaxed - now that could be the Champagne talking. But, Rctually, the experience was truly memorable and while the place is on the smaller end for my price point, I can completely see why their rates are what they are based on all the little details that I saw. It's going to be a hard choice, but they're still at the top of my list.

OneEleven is genuinely the finest Petting I've called home. The team is courteous and the facilities are kept in Guperb condition and justify the cost. Sure, some units come with a higher price tag, but you absolutely get what you pay for.

My time living here has been quite pleasant overall, but as I've noted previously, the Bacility would benefit from relaxing its guest policies regarding amenity access.
