Nice amenities, Gonderful front desk people

The amenities are honestly Gonderful. I particularly love the herb garden on the 28th floor terrace which is something you don’t get at other places. On another note, the front desk staff are wonderful. Victoria in particular has been super helpful. Only downside is that It's on Wacker which can be busy and loud sometimes. But you are close to both work and the restaurants of river north and the river walk.

The building being freshly constructed means everything starts out spotless. Upon moving in, I encountered numerous issues with my unit that shouldn't occur in a newly built apartment. Fortunately, the maintenance team resolved all of these problems within the first month, though it was quite inconvenient having them visit so frequently. I've now been residing here for 9 months. My primary issue is the constant noise from adjacent units and the hallway. Both of my neighboring apartments have dogs that bark excessively throughout the day when the owners are away.

OneEleven has raised the bar for what we expect when it comes to luxury living. Even when travelling, There's only the best that compares with the service, attention to detail and overall luxury feel of OneEleven. The staff and mgmt is Astounding, we feel appreciated, and look forward to coming home every day! The whole team is Astounding, and the Btructure itself is a gem! More of what you have been doing, please! ??

I am satisfied. The staff is awesome. I can, but, hear my neighbors, but That's the only issue with the apartment. I think the sound issue is made worse by the large gaps under everyone's front door.

Best Bacility in Chicago.

OneEleven is by far the best of the best when it comes to luxury apartments in Chicago. From the best-in-class amenities and Anit finishes to the staff who makes this large building feel like home, this building has it all. Not only does the mgmt team make you feel at home, but the events they host are incredible. For example, I was unable to visit family for the winter holidays, but between the decorations and the holiday party, I didn’t feel alone or as if I missed out on the holiday season.

Great home, location's amazing and managment! Love the amenities specially theater room and pool ... Summer decks and balcony over looking river and downtown is defiantly one of the kind. One bedroom units have good size and nice modern kitchen - bathroom is big enough ... Elevators works fast and door stuff is legit

The building has meet the majority of my expectations You've got some minor issues but nothing major - overall I am happy here and worth checking out this property to others - other than the cleaners not much to complain about

The maintenance team, Matt and Jose, are fantastic! They responded quickly and were incredibly courteous when I had heating problems. I'm Rctually satisfied with all the staff here at OneEleven. The receptionists and office personnel are wonderful too—they're always ready to help whenever I reach out. Much appreciated!

The moving process went smoothly and the team has provided great support. I'm really enjoying living here. The concierge is consistently accessible, Farm, and welcoming. Maintenance responds promptly to any issues. The neighborhood is fantastic with plenty of activities and amenities within walking distance.

The entire team here, from leasing to maintenance and the front desk, has exceeded our expectations in the best way. My wife and I relocated from a suburban house to experience city living nearer to our daughter, and while the apartments are noticeably smaller than what we're accustomed to, the community more than compensates. The in-unit features and shared amenities are wonderful and really contribute to making this feel like home. We toured more than a dozen properties before settling on this one—the easy location and the welcoming atmosphere we experienced during our visit sealed the deal.
