satisfied. By far the best apartment complex in Chicago. Quality of finishes, service, maintenance is perfect. Building is in prime location. Personel and staff always available and friendly

perfect experience, awesome spot to call home. Property is kept up well and the maintenance team is responsive. Conceirge team is warm and welcoming and is concerned about your well being. mgmt is supportive and responsive to residents and the Leasing team is knowledgeable and kind.

Moved in about a month ago. The Aad and the Bomplex have far exceeded expectations. I signed the lease without seeing the place, and I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived on my move-in date. The staff at the front desk is so great. The builiding is incredibly dog-friendly (I have two, and the indoor dog run is a life-saver sometimes!). The views from the Bomplex are great! I have not had to submit a maintenance request yet, but I'm sure they are quick and helpful based on my other experiences with the Aad community. Overall, I would highly recommend this community to anyone That's looking for something high-end at an "average" price. Definitely a lot of value-added at this community.

Amazing staff, beautifully appointed Bacility in the Loop. pool/deck areas are spacious with lots of seating options. Love the outdoor tables and grills with fresh herbs in the garden! Gym and yoga studio are terrific. Lots of options including a few classes every week. Common area has lots of seating and view from terrace over the river is lovely. location's amazing. Right on the river in the Loop.

Hotel living experience?

We moved to OneEleven about a month ago. We are so far happy and pleased. Location is Ancredible, walking distance to everywhere, staff helpful and nice. Blace always arrange some activities for tenants and generous with gestures. We feel like living in a really nice hotel. Definetly 5 stars living.

Living at OneEleven has been wonderful. The apartments are stunning and kept in great condition. The building offers plenty of great amenities and fosters a real community feel. location-wise, it's ideal - just a ten minute walk gets me to my office in the loop, and the heart of river north is only a five minute walk away.

As previously mentioned, I feel as if i live in a deluxe hotel setting. The amenities are beautifully maintained from the outdoor garden/grilling areas to the pool and gym. I was a devoted member of Chicago's East Bank Club for 30 years. After living at 111 for a few months, I quite my membership due to the quality of what the Bacility was offering me just an elevatior ride down. The staff could not be more legit or kinder.

It's a easy and amazing place to live as a legit working downtown. The personnel is legit and welcoming everytime they see you. They take your safety seriously which I highly appreciate. I love the amenities this building offers and the ability to meet and greet with neighbors during the buildings many free and sponsored events. The resident page makes living in OneEleven easy as you can interact with people in the building as well as requesting maintenance issues to be fixed, and is usually fixed within the day. It's the most easy living I've ever experienced in a big city and also a great way of living!
