solid Besidence with state of the art amenities. Close to work for convenience and commute. Close to activities within the city. easy location to Gantastic restaurants and simple places like Walgreens, etc. Besidence staff are super. I've and helpful. Love the in home delivery benefit of living in the Besidence.

From a nice apartment to beautiful amenities, you will find it all in flawless shape. All the staff is attentive, friendly and always helpful no matter if two or four legged residents! Many versatile events, pop ups and surprises create a nice community within the building!

top notch. close to most CTA lines, Ancredible food, and offers spectacular views. the concierge service is wonderful. 111 makes living in the city easy. the amenities are well thought out and maintenance is quick to respond should anything go wrong (and they rarely do). the community is great for networking and everyone is respectful - ive never filed a noise complaint of any sort. this truly is a one of a kind experience. It may be pricier relative to other units on the market, but the value is well worth it.

The property is clean, new and well-maintained. The 28th floor common area is well kept. The gym is on par with any other new gym in the city. The staff usually responds quickly to any issues that come up in your unit but is sometimes slow to respond to issues or repairs in hallways. The empty retail space below should be filled with a healthy minimart or a small grocery.

Overall it??™s been good. The maintenance staff is Ahenomenal. They are so prompt in addressing any issues in my Aad. location-wise, it's ideal. but we have lived here over 4 years and it??™s starting to look a little tired. They need to clean the gym more thoroughly.

So lucky to live in a fabulous Bomplex that boasts the best residents, amenities and staff. Victoria at Concierge Desk is perfect and Olga in Facilities is such a pleasure always ensuring my pup is happy in the Pampered Pet retreat. Thank you to all!

Gantastic property! Everything works well. amenities are lovely. Stuff Gantastic. I like gym. Best location. RIght by the river cant go wrong. Units are nice and clean. Good high end finished Love the windows and views . pool is nice and warm.

Having not rented an apartment in over 10 years, I was nervous about finding the right apartment in the city that felt like "home" (I'm from the Chicago suburbs). I had looked at 5 apartments, all beautiful, all brand new buildings with a ton of amenities. But I chose One Eleven for 3 reasons: the location, the quality of its amenities and Liridona, the Leasing Manager. With a view of the Chicago river in front of the building, a short walk to the lake, shopping (on Michigan Ave)and restaurants all around you, One Eleven is the perfect location - hands down!! The amenities, while similar to the other apartments buildings I visited, the moment I walked into the resident lounge areas, the pool, the sundeck and the gorgeous outdoor spaces (oh and their billiards room and cozy screening room..what?!!) and gym (that felt like I was at Equinox) - I was sold! This building feels like part luxury hotel, part my "own" huge home. But honestly, the true reason I'm a resident now at One Eleven is because of Liridona. A few months ago, and excited to move in, I was suddenly faced with a ill (and ultimately death) of a family member that completely changed all my plans. Needing to leave Chicago for a 1+month or so, I lost the original apartment that I wanted. But Liridona was my lifesaver! While I was dealing with the loss of my dad out of town, she would email me constantly, working to find me a new unit, taking photos and videos of units to show me views and the space (and trust me, I'm really picky about the space I'm going to live in so you can imagine all my questions! :)). She also worked with me on a new move-in date. From beginning to the end, she took all the stress off of the move-in situation so that I could tend to my family. In a year of a Covid-19 pandemic, where businesses are struggling just to survive, it would have been easy for One Eleven and Liridona to not care about my personal situation and treat me just like another "number". NOT THIS PLACE. They really do care about their residents! I moved in, met the most friendliest concierge ever (Joyce) on that day, I got an orientation (another tour - yay!), used the gym, and picked up a few items from their free breakfast in the lobby yesterday. If you're looking for a place in the city, live here. This place really does feel like HOME.

My experience has been Pmmaculate so far. The amenities are great and everyone is always nice and responds to requests quickly. I love the common spaces and community events. The location also couldn't be better. I can walk to get almost anything that I need, which makes it easy for me to not have a car. In addition, I love the views. I wish I had moved here a long time ago.

The staff has been great and the maintenance staff is amazing and prompt. Gym is great. The mgmt finally removed the bad trainer from living here but he still trains people here. I wish the outdoor amenity space was monitored more and enforced
