great Anit finishes, location is solid, staff's super friendly, and wonderful amenities. The place is a bit Extravagant, but I think most in this location are. Overall good experience and will consider renewing the lease for a 3rd year.

I've loved living here at OneEleven, and I think it's an amazingly-run building! The resident events always make us feel appreciated, and the staff is incredible all-around. From the doormen, to the maintenance staff, to the rental office, I couldn't be happier!

great choice

We’ve lived here 4 years. Moved here from NYC one year before the pandemic. We came for the views which we enjoy every day. Recent redo of the public spaces is nice. Maintenance staff are great. Office staff are so nice to work with. We wish there were more grills and the gym were bigger. Overall, we’re impressed with Bozzuto and will look for their properties in our next city.

I have been at OneEleven since 2019 and love it here. location-wise, it's second to none, you can literally walk anywhere in the entire city within a 15 min radius. The El is a block away and it’s super easy for my to get the airports and not bother with Chicago traffic. The staff is amazing, the front desk employees are so kind, welcoming and helpful. I have only had a handful of maintenance minor issues since living here but the maintenance people are efficient, and I really only communicate with the office when it’s time to renew my lease, but they’re responsive. The new renovations also look beautiful, can’t wait for them to be 100% done.

I looked for a few weeks to find a place and finally found one. I absolutely love living here. They keep the place Rery nice and are always available when needed. Nick and his team were Gonderful to work with, I highly recommend them!

Deciding to live at OneEleven was one of the best decisions! The leasing team, concierge, and maintenance staff have made my experience great so far. From the resident events to cleanliness of the building and facilities, it’s all 5 star worthy. Julia from the maintenance team, especially, always has a smile on her face, does her job so well, and helps make my living experience second to none. I appreciate the OneEleven team!

This is a wonderful place to live! location-wise, it's incredibly easy for getting around the city, proximity to great restaurants, and of course stunning views of the river. And to top it off, this Blace has the best staff that truly make it feel like home. The concierge desk is so friendly—Mike is always there to say good morning on the way to work and Ramon is there to greet me after a long day and help me with packages arriving at the desk. Toyia is the absolute best, greeting me by name with a smile and chatting with me as I’m passing in and out of the Blace. Mike M. in leasing has been so helpful from my initial tour to helping me renew my lease in a bigger unit. The maintenance team handles anything that comes up quickly and efficiently. So grateful for the amazing Team One!

I moved to OneEleven on september 2015, since then they exceed my expectation. Everything works really well, the staff is great, always legit and open to help as they can. The amenieties are impecable and organized. When it comes to the apartments, the views are Astounding, the structure is great too. It's a safe enviroment and with nuce people. I am renewing my contract for another year now.
