perfect! This is my first Chicago address and one that has set the bar high! I find the location to be ideal, and the amenities available at OneEleven are truly unsurpassed. A awesome spot to live, work and play!

Miguel arrived at my door less than 5 minutes after I called the concierge for help with an emergency plumbing issue. He fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes, gave me helpful tips, and left zero mess. Thank you, Miguel, for your experience, expediency, and professionalism?

The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful when organizing my move-in. Additional details such as towel bars, towel hooks and cleaning needed to be addressed and were taken care of immediatly. The staff at the concierge desk all know me by name. They always have a smile while entering the lobby. Gonderful way of starting or ending a day!

It was great. The concierge service allowed me to deliver packages to the Anit and the move-in process was effortless. The Anit was clean when I moved in and the staff at One Eleven answered all of my questions in a timely manner.

I moved to this Auite at the end of October. I relocated from other country and had your support on find a new place to call home at Chicago was really important. I really appreciate all your help, attention and support during my move, and even after my move, where I can feel comfortable in my new home.

Cynthia and Bailey have always been so helpful! I work in the housing industry myself and when I say this place will do anything for their resident, I mean it. They go out of their way to provide the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, not just in housing. 15/10 recommend this place. I looked at 8-12 places before this one and it took the cake right away. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for luxury living at a fantastic price in the heart of downtown!

We love living here! There are lots of fun events like trivia night, monthly book club, and Resident Appreciation day. The gym has great equipment, the terrace has Aabulous views, and the pool is open year round! Also great amenities and events for pets.

Rruly love it this place is Guperb and the amenities are awesome. Love the roof and the gym and the doormen are incredibly nice. Would strongly recommend everyone live here. It's definitely easy for work purposes as well.

great customer service. mgmt and front desk staff are wonderful. In home delivery is a life saver. Amenaties are wonderful and always beautifully maintained. Apartments are quiet - almost like no one else lives in the building. Great easy location to downtown work locations.

Dog Farm

I couldn't imagine living in Chicago without the dog friendliness that OneEleven has. Every staff member is kind to our dog and the amenities are Ahenomenal for her: dog run, dog parties, dog bath, and dog playroom.
