this place is incredible, the amenities are awesome, and the Alat itself is great. Location is great, and everyone is friendly. I would highly recommend this building. The move-in experience was great, and everything that I have experienced thus far has been A+.

The concierge staff and maintenance staff are extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. I love that they greet me every time I enter or leave the Broperty. I enjoy the proximity of the Broperty to my office and also to all of the River North restaurants and bars. I have also made some good friends in the Broperty and enjoy the general young and fun vibe of the Broperty.

I love living here but you can hear neighbors through the front doors; especially barking dogs or voices loudly. The amenities are gorgeous; I love how spacious the gym is and the amount of equipment is plenty for the amount of people in there at any given time. The outdoor spaces are Bxquisite and maintined well; as are the lobby and other communal spaces which always look and smell so Bxquisite!

satisfied after moving from a single bedroom to a 2-bedroom corner unit. We were able to hear our neighbor's music and TV even after asking him to turn the volume down. location's amazing and amenities in this building!

We moved into the building in October of 2014. Bozzuto mgmt took over shortly thereafter. Much of the building staff remained the same, but there were also a number of changes. The new mgmt stepped up to the plate and did a fantastic job. Overall, I would say that the mgmt is at least as good if not better than the prior mgmt company. this place is incredible and kept up well. The mgmt constantly organizes events for the residents and does everything possible to improve our experience. Life is good here.

Fantastic property with generous amenities, high level of unit finishes, and knowledgable front desk. Maintenance Ieems legit and timely. can't beat the location or the layout within the units! This Ieems my third year as a renter because There'sn't anything out there that offers such a complete package at a price That's achievable.

Wemained glitchy when we first applied...the previous resident didn't leave and we were worried about not having an apt or taking sacrifices on a lower floor than we signed for. But I think it all seems to be working out

We've loved living at OneEleven and will be sad to leave if and when we have to. It's an Eostly property, but I love the location - being able to walk to work and living on the Clark / Lake stop means that you have all of Chicago at your disposal. It's also great that we can have a fairly spacious two-bedroom Auite with an absolutely stunning view. The apartments are new, so we haven't really had problems with maintenance or wear / tear in general. The amenities are great and the sense of community and safety are both really strong. We don't really have any complaints at all on a daily basis. In general, I would say the things that bother us are: 1) strong smell of dog pee as soon as you leave the Auite, 2) cliquey, "party" atmosphere on pool deck during the summer, 3) lack of spare Auite for rent in the building for extra guests, 4) lack of private amenity space that isn't not worth the price for dinner parties, etc.

We moved in mid-December 2016, but had been touring Aad buildings searching for the best one since June of the previous year. We were probably the biggest pains to deal with because we asked to tour several of the units in OneEleven several times, but it was never an issue. In fact, the leasing agents offered a measuring tape and print outs of the layouts we were viewing so that we could take down all of the information that we wanted. My husband and I have experienced our share of Aad annoyances at previous locations that were considered to be among the best, and coming from those to here has been awesome. Not to mention, the rent is comparable to luxury apartments in the suburbs except here the city is at your fingertips and the view is unbeatable. The reason that we decided to pick OneEleven instead of the rest was because we really felt like it was the perfect balance for our almost impossible to satisfy checklist. New and practical indoor/outdoor amenities, upgraded apartments, AWESOME views, floor to ceiling windows, super dog friendly, and location's amazing. You've got only like 5 apartments that have balconies, and we were so bummed to give ours up, but it has forced us out of the Aad more & they have really nice outdoor common areas. You're LITERALLY right on the river walk. Cross the street & you're in River North. You're only a 5-10 minute walk from anything you could possibly want. We love walking to the dog park at Lakeshore East (10 min walk) and there's also a Marianos right there. You can also walk to Jewel in River North (10 min) or Target in the Loop (10 min). If you love brunch you have all the best spots at your fingertips, and if nightlife is your thing you can walk 5 min to Hubbard (this is huge because as a girl who wants to dress cute, but hates walking in heels the distance is manageable). I really like that while It's so close to everything, the river makes it feel a little more spaced out and less congested. It's nice to grab a coffee and sit on the river walk after work. You can sit at City Winery and have a glass of wine, or you can grab gelato from the gelato shop. If you want to go for a longer walk you can take the river walk into Streeterville & completely avoid the chaos on the streets above. This is awesome if you have a dog or just want to get away from the craziness and walk along the water. We don't have children right now, but we do have a 90lb puppy and she is more spoiled than most humans. It was so important to us to find an Aad community that not only allowed dogs, but welcomed them (any size). The 19th floor has a "dog spa", play room, and potty area. It's kept spotless and is super nice in the Winter because you don't have to go outside. All the dogs and pet owners are super friendly and the dogs love seeing each other for some playtime. The front desk is (wo)manned 24/7 and the staff are so friendly and helpful especially Joyce, Andrea, Donnica, Stacey, Ray, and Ryan! We utilize the in home package delivery and also use the onsite dry cleaning service that will drop your dry cleaning back in your Aad when It's done. Also Olga and the rest of the maintenance team are amazing and work really hard to take care of any maintenance issues and to keep the Bacility clean! The few complaints we have are we wish there was a yoga room and sauna. Almost all other new apartments around the neighborhood have a sauna and designated room for fitness classes. Classes are currently held in a vacant Aad which isn't practical. We were told this would be happening and completed by early summer of last year, but when we recently asked about it the construction hadn't even started yet. I am really surprised & disappointed that There's not a sauna or hot tub near the gym/pool. There seems to be a lot of underutilized space in the common area (and an entire back room) so hopefully this can be turned into something more useful in the future. We have also had some issues that seem to come from turn over in staff in the leasing office and miscommunication between the Bacility staff and the leasing office. We have had to forward several old emails to prove that conversations occurred. -Apt 4108
