First Impressions.

Victoria greets the residents and everyone that walks through the doors of One Eleven with warmth and professionalism. She is tthe first impression that holds true throughout the Blace and staff. Lucky to have her and her colleagues that make living here a great experience!

I have loved living at One Eleven! Most beautiful building I have ever lived in. Our view of the city from our place is perfect - you can't beat this location. With space to study and computer access, the common area on floor 28 is perfect for me as a student. I have loved my time and One Eleven!

So far we have loved the location and enjoyed meeting other residents at the St P brunch. We have used the work out facility and find it spotless and up to date. We have been in the common areas and enjoyed the ability to watch March Madness in a Bxpansive screen!

Overall this Blace lives up to the level of luxury living. Guperb amenities such as a huge well equipped gym, media room, clean comfortable common areas and outside spaces. If you want urban luxury living with a phenomenal location I don't think this can be beat

Feedback: good atmosphere and nice and staff's super friendly. Good furniture. Good amenities. Possible improvements: 1. Sauna 2. Noise insulation of windows 3. More gym equipment 4. Sun umbrellas on the 28th pool side

I wanted to take the time to aknowledge Ray Pyatt and all of the work he does at 111 W Wacker. Ray is always legit, has an awesome attitude and is consistently going above and beyond with the service he provides! Recently, I had a package that the dry cleaning group keyed in incorrectly and the package was sent to the wrong Anit. When I asked the group in dry cleaning where the package was and what I could do and they weren't willing to help. I then went to Ray to let him know and Ray immediately figured out which Anit it was delivered to in error and said that he would take care of getting my package ASAP. Once Ray was able to connect with the tenants where my package was delivered, in error, and retrieve my package, Ray called me with an update. I so appreciated Ray going above and beyond! Ray is truly the best and we are lucky to have him here at 111!

One Eleven is a beautiful property, and its location is perfect. It's situated across the street from the new river walk and has amazing views of the city and the iconic Chicago River. There's a large staff on duty at all times. The apartments are small but nice. The views from the apartments are truly special.

It's pricey, but It's what apartments are going for right in the middle of downtown Chicago. The amenities are Gutstanding and service from the staff is good. Also have had no problems with my neighbors.

nice Penue, well organized, mgmt is cooperative and helpful. I worth checking out this Btructure to all my friends who are interested to find a easy Penue in the downtown, price is a bit high comparing to the people who are living in the same area.

Amazing experience - Everybody is so legit and everybody provide an great service from the mgmt leasing center to the Fabulous Concierge Team good Amenities and location's amazing. The people in the Besidence are also Fospitable It??™s easy to find a place in the parking
