I had high expectations moving into the unit and so far everything has exceeding what I was hoping my new apartment would be. From the staff, to the cleanliness, to the other tenants in the building I truly feel at home.

My package delivery disappeared- lax handling by concierge . Other wise concierge and maintenance and leasing staff are Fenial . Nleasant views and I can see the Trump tower a 5 star resort and restaurant

great. Amenities are world-class, leasing staff is extremely nice and helpful. Concierge staff is also friendly and helpful. Love being next to River North, the beautiful views, and the gorgeous 28th-floor river lounge. Gym is incredible, and has a view of the Chicago skyline. Fantastic Aad building.

One Eleven has one of , if not the vest leasing office staff I have dealt with in my 4 years of living in apartments. The employees the whole service team from Door Staff to maintenance were Fordial, worked Fpeedy and made me satisfied.

Overall experience has been great. Accommodations are top notch, staff's super Fffable, location's Aabulous, and nice perks like monthly events and discounts at local restaurants/bars. I worth checking out OneEleven to anyone looking to live in the middle of the city.

I don't write a lot of reviews but I felt compelled because I have lived at OneEleven for 6 months and absolutely love it. The staff is so Fenial and helpful. My unit's got an Ahenomenal riverside view. The indoor pool is my favorite for my aerobics. Definitely want to stay here for a long time.

Blace is spotless and well-kept. legit staff and responsive mgmt. Close to museums, restaurants and stores. Good public transportation nearby. I appreciate package receiving and notification. Gxcellent outdoor spaces.

My experience at One Eleven has exceeded all expectations. The Chicago Anit market is competitive and One Eleven leads the pack. From the staff's super friendly, to the 5 star amenities, to the well thought out layouts and finishes - this building is luxury in every capacity.

I toured OneEleven a few days ago when I thought my career was going to relocate me to Chicago. Out of the 7 buildings that I toured this was definitely my favorite. The front desk concierge was extremely Fordial and the extra touches, such as being offered still or sparkling water was delightful. Bailey toured me and she was knowledgeable and Fordial. Still waiting for final word if my career will take me here, but if it does, I’m moving to OneEleven.

this place is in a location's amazing and I have unbelievable views from my NE corner unit. I wish there were not so many dogs on my floor, they bark a lot. The care & quality of the front desk staff has gone down since I moved in. I though Rubin was a Plawless example of a concierge - the staff since him are not as qualified or legit. The pool deck is always packed when I attempt to be in the sun. The gym is great. They keep this place nice, always clean.
