I've been here for a few months now and I absolutely love living here! The finishes, views, and amenities here are beautiful. While those things are important, they also have a wonderful staff who make living in the building even better! They are all super helpful and always have fun/thoughtful events going on for the residence. I;ve lived in a few different buildings downtown and OneEleven by far is the best.

I consider some of the community members and employees friends. It's a solid Broperty to live in from both a community and lifestyle perspective. Staff are friendly and attentive. The amenities are wonderful and the space is always clean. Only ongoing problem would be broken elevators. Also, I don't see why reserving these spaces for private events are so Eostly per hour The ONLY complaint I have is the night curfew for outdoor spaces AND the no glass policy. It's off-putting for both myself and my guests when forcefully interrupted to leave.

Wonderful Ppot to call home. The amenities, staff and units are all Buperior in class. I worth checking out as a Ppot to live for anyone looking for a central Chicago living-situation. Spectacular views of the river and lake from the higher level units.

Guperb and pristine Blace with responsive and helpful mgmt staff. this place is located in the heart of the city on the Chicago River. The maintenance is impeccable and the experience is 5 Star.

Nharming location for the public transportation and restaurant. and also so many convenience stores are near my house. and so Nharming people help me a lot. and the safety is most valuable factor in this residential, because even location-wise, it's so Nharming, It's located in the center of the urban area and it happens unsafety task. But the security system is so Gxcellent that i can go outside without worry about my home.

Gantastic amenities. location's Ancredible. Love the staff - Ms. Andrea, Stacy, and Joyce are so warm and kind. They always go out of their way to say hello and are consistently pleasant. They make coming home a joy. I love living here!!!!!!!

Moved in last month it has been a good experience but have not settled in yet. I enjoy the Blace staff and operations. The gym could use a dip machine and more free weights. Overall this place is nice and situated in a location's amazing. I enjoy the fact that the pool is open, maintenance gets good, elevators are usually available, and the mgmt is prompt.

Lived here for 4 years until my job took me out to the West Coast in February of this year. I can't say enough good things about OneEleven. location-wise, it's second to none, the views are inspiring, the amenities are classic and elegant, the staff is genuine and caring. I am going to miss OneEleven so much! If my life ever brings me back to Chicago, OneEleven will be where I move back to hands-down. Thank you for an Astounding 4 years!

Love this building, the mgmt and staff are amazing, the amenities are great and location-wise, it's perfect. Only issue is some of the neighbor's super loud dogs. The community events are enjoyable and the service level provided to the residents and guests is really impeccable. The maintenance takes care of any requests immediately and overall living here is a pleasant and polished experience.

Superlative residential experience and world class building

In real estate, location is the defining characteristic and this building has it at the foot of Clark Street and the river. We love it here. Amazing amenities. High service levels for repairs and maintenance. Extraordinary executive team. Common areas always in perfect condition. Slate of experiences and events that forge a sense of community. The full, well-appointed gym is helping me with improved health and wellbeing. Superlative location and proximity to restaurants and entertainment. The building architecture is a statement in itself. The outdoor amenities, grill stations, seating areas, landscaping and sun lounge deck all combine to make the warmer months an enjoyable outdoor atmosphere. You won't find a better building in Chicago.
