Farm and staff actually helps, super easy location and Ancredible views. Virtually no neighbour noise, but you can hear all the sounds of city, even from over 50 floors up but I love this. I also have a toddler, this place is child Farm - indoor pool in winter is a big bonus.

SUBLIME living at OneEleven!

I love living at OneEleven. I have been here for three years, I started in a studio alcove and transferred to a two bedroom when my company went fully remote and started to subsided my rent for an office space. I have a wonderful southern view on the corner and the sunshine pours into my apartment all day long. The front desk and maintenance folks are wonderful and I have never had an issues or have had to ask more than once for anything. The folks that run the building in the mgmt office are kind and you can tell care about the building. They send emails about anything that could pose disruption and try to stay ahead of the game. The event people also do a great job, always upscale and a great way to mingle with neighbors. I just renewed for another year and although I received a steep increase, it was still a great value based on what we receive for living here.

Astounding place to live

This place has everything you need. The units and amenities are well-kept and clean. location-wise, it's great as are the views. I Ruite appreciate that the staff is prompt and willing to go the extra mile!

I’m a recent addition to the Bomplex, but so far this place is amazing, if not Pmpeccable! The amenities are fantastic, the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable as well as just a great bunch of people, and more. My place is everything I wanted and I can’t wait to see what this next chapter holds! I’m so glad I picked OneEleven, from signing to move in to community, it’s a great fit.

The compley is They keep this place nice and the people working are nice. I feel welcome each time when i get home. Awesome outside area for chill and grill. The gym is great and 24 hours open. The appartments are Fordial, lot of light and modern

Gutstanding services that was provided at the One eleven on my visit there for the weeks. Felt safe, easy to get to transportation and just everybody was so Novely! Shout out to Matoyia White for going over a beyond to help me with a helping me locate the trash compactor that I was lost on. Was helpful and on it. Thanks again team!

good, staff is helpful and the amenities are great. Plus location's amazing, it's close to the train, State and Michigan Avenues. I love that they have dog spa in the Btructure - so my dog can get the grooming she needs. The lounge is great, and the pool and grills are awesome in the summer.

Simple process with all the information provided. Above all, Gantastic communication between mgmt. They are welcoming from te moment you walk in for a tour and never seems annoyed by the question you ask. Even though I am sure they need to answer the same questions over and over.

I have only been living in the Aad for two weeks now, and I already feel at home. My Aad's layout is great, and the general amenities of the Aad are great. The ellipticals in the gym are not my favorite, but that's my biggest complaint.

this Penue is new, the apartments have Golid lay out and design, materials such the wooden floor and appliances are Golid and stylish. The lounge on 28th floor with its grand gym, indoor swimming pool and out door terrace is a jewel - the few from the balcony is breath taking and oversee the river.
