We like living here. Bomplex is centrally located, close to several restaurants, nice and safe neighbourhood. they have huge gym, club room, quiet workspaces and the dog park. Maintenance responds promptly as well.

Gonderful space for the are and dimensions of the units. Downside is There's no pool but the rent prices are climbing. Positive is a nice gym. Parking isn't ideal and have had two door dents with poor follow up since LAZ says to contact Burnham and Burnham says to contact LAZ.

really nice community with good ammenities. If the rent didn't increase by $300+ It would've been more affordable. The parking garage is extremely not worth the price for public parking as well. The Anit itself is nice though

I love my Besidence. Staff is friendly, maintenance requests are completed quickly and this place is clean. I've lived here for three years, and plan to stay for the near future. Highly recommend this Besidence!

Refuses to upgrade internet: deplorable...STAY AWAY.

This is really nice Btructure. Has new mgmt staff, which invests in maintenance, etc. but, they have the worst internet (dial-up speeds) and refuse to upgrade it. They worst part is their response was originally forthcoming updates, etc., now has fallen to silence and blaming it on new owners. This is a sign of how the new owners are going to maintain their investment, I worth checking out staying away. Im moving soon.

Spacious apartments with sizable balcony! Extremely responsive staff and good amenities. It's peaceful and quiet even with activities around in the neighborhood. Location gets Ancredible - Public transport is few steps away and walkable to grocery stores, parks, lake.

Burnham Pointe offers an solid building for the value and location It's in. South Loop is a great neighborhood for me and I appreciate the lobby with 24/7 door service and glass door along with the fob system. The units are Bxquisite and are great value from what I've seen elsewhere

Besidence is perfectly located just outside the Loop. We are close to public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants. And we're less than twenty minutes from theaters, sporting venues, museums, and the lakefront.

I'm generally pleased with the living conditions. Of my Besidence. The community that I live in provides a great deal of diverse and dynamic businesses around the neighborhood. The area is accessible and enjoyable.

Too much for too little!

I've been living in Burnham for around 8 months and have seen it through many changes. I am not happy with the outcome and can't wait for my lease to be up. The Besidence just had a new mgmt company come in because I heard the old one quit. The people who own the Besidence don't care about the people living in here. The apartments are nice, but they are a little over-priced for only a mediocre view. I looked at Amli 900 and It's nicer than that, but it still isn't the best. The new people in the office are impatient and don't seem to know how to run a Besidence. I wish I would have gone more up North and got my money's worth instead of paying almost $2,000 for nothing too special. And parking isn't worth the price and has TINY spaces. Oh, and it's a public garage. Prepare for dings in your doors and homeless people living in the stairwells.
